I ordered 3 pots which arrived promptly. One was damaged, but after a very quick and brief email exchange with customer service they offered to send out a replacement without any quibble.
Great Service
Had a delivery of garden pots which arrived damaged. Opened a chat with a member of staff and sent replacement out no hassle. New pots arrived undamaged a few days later. Great service thank you
Appaling service, be very careful !
Please be very careful when dealing with this company. I ordered planters in good faith which I received damaged / destroyed in box. I requested a replacement to then be told the item is out of stock. I then requested a refund only to be told Ivyline does not offer a refund for shipping costs. I received damaged items, how is that my fault ? I can find no mention of this in their Terms and Conditions ? Does this conform to the Consumer Act 2015 ?
Update - I have now been informed that a mistake has been made and I will receive a full refund. Thank you Ivyline.

I ordered a fire tools set for my husband’s Christmas present, went to build it today to find 1 of the 4 tools was missing, 2 of the 4 tools were missing handles and the central stand was missing. Yet to receive a response from customer service.

Problems at first but were sorted out
We recently ordered some planters from this company. I much prefer giving my money to smaller business' and family run business' rather than the corporations. The prices were very good here too.
We had some mix ups with the deliveries of our items, but i managed to call through and spoke to Saskia who managed to sort it all out and get our items to us. Many thanks

The jury is still out...
The jury is still out on this. I received my terracotta bowl ok, but there was a large crack in it. Ivyline were excellent and informed me that a replacement would be sent out to me. The replacement has yet to arrive, but it's only been a short time so I'm unconcerned. Loved the customer the service and I hope I have no issues with the replacement.

Just splendid!!
We bought a table and benches from Ivyline having been miserably let down by Marks and Spencer (dreadful service from start to finish). Ivy line couriered our items to us very quickly. The van driver was so helpful, he could not have done more! The staff at Ivyline went above and beyond. Communication was amazing. The table and benches are as solid and beautiful as anything. I’ll be shopping with them again and I cannot hesitate in recommending them.

Avoid buying the spiral water feature…
Avoid buying the spiral water feature as the one I purchased only lasted 8 months. I was not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund because I forgot to post 2 year warranty when item was purchased. Poor customer service and care for a company of this size.

Beautiful products, excellent customer support
Bought a lovely product that had unfortunately become damaged in transit. Contacted the company and received excellent, quick, efficient service. Rarely are customer services departments as efficient as this one.
Will definitely buy from them again.
