Does not refund for misdelivered purchases despite evidence. So beware!

The batteries were ordered for use in Christmas decorations. I subsequently ordered something from China (needs must…!). The Chinese order came within 7 days. The JACS order took 10 days for delivery. How is that possible? When they did arrive the box was broken and had been poorly packaged. The batteries did work.

Item as described and arrived very seiftly

I placed an order for 8 Energizer smart LED bulbs on Friday afternoon, and the parcel arrived promptly on next Monday afternoon. One bulb didn’t work, so I emailed their customer service on Wednesday morning. I received an immediate and helpful reply, and the replacement bulb arrived the very next day on Thursday afternoon.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish — fast delivery, great communication, and excellent after-sales service. Their prices are also much cheaper than elsewhere. I’m very satisfied with my experience and will definitely return when I need more LED bulbs. Highly recommend!

I didn’t get my delivery and then I contacted the delivery service. They sent an email to send to jacs lighting so I could get a refund or replacement in which I did and I was ignored don’t buyyy . Very bad customer service

This purchase did not go as planned as I did not initially receive the bulbs I had ordered. I contacted JACS Lighting and they told me that the package must have got lost in transit. A replacement was supplied and received reasonably promptly. To their credit, they were helpful and friendly and remedied the problem without fuss. These things happen!

I purchased an electric heater from this company to replace a previous good working order item. The electric heater has stopped working, cutting out suddenly after approximately 5/6 months.
Until a few minutes ago I was being ignored. There responses are very defensive and telling me I have to prove that it was faulty, this is contrary to consumer rights. I will update this post if they refuse further to refund.
Jacs lighting are deliberately denying consumer rights regarding the electric heater purchase from them in good faith. They blatantly misconstrued what I have said after following information provided with the heater and are accusing that I had not dusted an item that they have not seen note checked.
This company lacks basic professional integrity and I am reporting them today. Buyers beware!

Needed some warm glow bulbs for my kitchen island light fixture. Jacs lighting had the exact bulbs I was looking for. Easy ordering procedure. Not the fastest delivery time though.

Refused to replace an expensive faulty bulb.
