Jewelry Insurance Coverage

No matter the type of jewelry you insure, it’ll be protected by our comprehensive repair or replacement coverage. Here’s what’s covered under Jewelers Mutual:

  • Loss: You left your ring somewhere (like on a beach towel or restaurant). You know it’s out there but you can’t find it. It’s covered.
  • Theft: We know the feeling of heartbreak when something you love is stolen. But rest assured, your stolen piece is covered.
  • Damage: You hit your engagement ring on the edge of a table, and it cracks. We’ll cover that.

Going through the claims process is difficult.

Filing a claim is a pretty easy, it's going through the process that is difficult. There is a lack of communication of how the process works. I only spoke to the claims representative once, the rest of the time I had to figure it out myself.

I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH JM

I came to be a customer of JM through the recommendation of the jewelry store where we purchased our wedding set. I researched the company and the coverage offered. I was very impressed and moved forward with the policy. Enrollment was simple and immediately gave me a piece of mind about my jewelry. I recently had to file a claim for a repair to my band. The claims process was very easy, the claim was honored and I have my band back in mint condition. I highly recommend JM to all my friends and family.

It takes a long time to get a response from an examiner through email & phone. I have been approved for my claim and still cant go and pick up my things because the jewelry store is still waiting for a response from the examiner. Iam not satisfied.
