Mediocre food

Update: it has now been over 2 weeks and the money has not been returned. Unacceptable.

Mediocre food. On one occasion food for my child was delivered to a different school. Ridiculous! 10 kr fee for money withdrawal is a scandal. Will never use again.

Poor user experience

As a company it is not possible to remove employees when leaving the company. You have to contact support.
This is just one example of one of many missing features and terrible user experience on this platform.
