Fantastic thank you

I purchased two KLP1 V230 printers last year, and the 3D printing results have been excellent so far. The filament from Kingroon is both affordable and high-quality, making it well-suited for a growing small business.

I have ordered 30 rolls of Kingroon PLA (in 10 packs) over the last few years. The first 10 I ordered printed well, no issues. The second 10 were abysmal, had to be dried right ouf the box and even after extensive drying had adhesion and stringing issues. Literally...the worst I've ever had. I ordered a third 10 pack hoping that the second hydrated 10 pack was an anomaly - but it was not. 20 of the 30 I've owned were completely untenable and only because I hate wasting money did I make endless attempts and failed prints to burn through the majority of what I had on hand. I will never make the mistake of ordering Kingroon PLA again.

I ordered a multi color 10 pack of filament and received an email a few days later stating that the item was out of stock. I could either get all 10 rolls as one color or get a refund. I requested the refund and placed my order with a different company. After a week of not receiving a refund I emailed 2 days in a row attempting to find out why. Finally after a few days they replied and blamed everything on an employee that no longer worked there. Then they stated my item was back in stock and they would ship it within 3 days. We are now 11 days past that promise that was also just a lie from this company. I have another order that was put in at about the same time that also hasn't shipped and they have sent an email saying it was out of stock as well and they were going to replace it with a similar item. Also a lie and has not happened. Not to mention, if you go on their website today or any day in the past 3 weeks, all of these items show they are in stock. So it is obviously this companies way of doing business.

Do not trust this company and take your business elsewhere!

It's unfortunate, because that little printer performs acceptably for the money. But Kingroon parts service and support after the purchase absolutely suck. They don't reply to emails. I will never buy another product from them ever again.

Fast delivery to Denmark, and very responsive customer service, I had some items missing in previous orders and it was answered and processed within 24hr.

I got my fourth order on the way.

Al well packaged, and very good print quality

I recently purchased 10KG of PLA filament from Kingroon.com during a deal that seemed almost too good to be true (~$100 for 10KG of filament). To my surprise, the order shipped quickly and arrived within a week.

The filament quality has been excellent, with consistent spooling and smooth printing results. Initially, I encountered a small issue using the cardboard spools with my Bambu Lab printer’s AMS system, but a quick 3D-printed adapter solved that problem perfectly.

Since my first order, I’ve also purchased additional spools from Kingroon’s Amazon shop, and the quality has remained consistent—easily comparable to well-known brands like Esun, Elegoo, and Polymaker. While I still love Polymaker’s variety of colors, Kingroon’s PLA has become one of my go-to's for reliable and affordable filament.

Highly recommend giving their products a try—especially if you’re looking for high-quality filament at a competitive price.

I have been buying Kingroon Filament for about a year now. They rank up there in my top three filaments. I have used their PLA, Silk, and PETG with no issues. I have ordered directly from them, from Amazon and from AliExpress. The filament has great adhesion. I do tend to try my filament before first use due to my climate and have had no issues with stringing.

I got the Silk Tricolor Kingroon PLA filament. It works out great. No issue. Good first layer and I really like the color shifting for the tricolor.

I have been buying Kingroons filaments for a while and I really like their quality. Especially their price/quality ratio, they are unbeaten in that regard.
Now I will be honest in the past i've had issues with how they handled customer support. I was waiting for days and weeks to get a reply and an actual solution would take even longer. With that said for the past few months they have really stepped up their game.
I buy filaments regularly (about 50-100kg a month) and i've been getting solutions in a day or two recently. Which really saved my relationship with them and I didnt change brands.
They had one bad batch of filaments back in February I think, but have since fixed that (I would say even improved the filament quality further) and have been providing solutions when my customers have had issues with that batch. (As a both reseller of filaments and model seller)

Id like to point out that I have bought over 500kg of filaments in the past few months 90% of that is from kingroon. And while i've had issues here and there which is normal, I was never left without a fair solution. They did their best to help every time.

Worst service at Kingroon.
I was offered 10KG PLA for 45 but Kingroon fraudulently deceived me. Only 5KG was sent. When I asked Kingroon, they didn't address the problem, they just pointed out it was 5KG. No apologies, not a single attempt to help find a solution. After repeated requests to provide solutions, no response was received. I can only warn everyone to order from Kingroon. In addition, the filament is very poorly packaged, some of the goods are already airy and only bent cardboard spools.

Kingroon wouldn't even get one star but unfortunately that's not possible.
Massively disappointed with the shop. That was the first and last order from them.
I can only warn against buying from Kingroon!

After months of waiting and one lost shipment, the repair kit arrived. And what did I get? Completely different types of THR board than I had ordered. Then no reply from customer service. I won't torture myself anymore with the junk printer and put this crap in the trash. Let this be a cautionary tale for all those who are planning to buy a kingroo printer. You should read other reviews and stay away from these products.

Filament ordered 3 months ago. No information about shipping, no contact by e-mail. Lost 90€.

Ordered from the website and they were unable to service the items. They offered an alternative and I accepted, and again were unable to provide. I accepted a refund but they are unwilling to play the full refund, however they are the ones who can't service my request. Very unprofessional. Never buy from Kingroon.

Purchased an item on December 11. It is now December 22 and it still has not shipped. They are out of stock in the US warehouse and won't be in stock until after Christmas. They did not disclose this when I ordered. They also sent an email on December 14th saying order now to receive before Christmas. The item I ordered was listed in that email. I informed the company that was not acceptable to me. They refuse to address the fact that they committed false advertising, and have not fulfilled their delivery promise or complied with their stated shipping policies.

I bought a 3D printer on their site although it was available also on Amazon and Aliexpress, because in their site it was cheaper and I had a discount code. Just after completing the payment, I received an email saying that, as soon as my printer was shipped, I would have received a confirmation. After 1 week of silence I wrote an email, without answer; after one mode week I wrote again, again receiving no answer. At this point I remembered that I luckily payed through Paypal, so I wrote a complain through Paypal and finally, after few hours, I got an answer fron Kingroon guys. In an awful English they explained that the printer I chosed was out of stock, so they proposed me to buy another printer, paying the difference in price. I chose another printer and I sent come more bucks, always through Paypal. After this contact, again silence for 10 days. Finally they wrote me again, that also the other printer was out of stocks, but they were about to send another stock to Europe and I had to be patient one more week. After 2 more weeks I wrote again to Paypal, asking for a reimbursement. Paypal in very quick time answered that they contacted the seller and gave to them 2 more weeks of time and after that they would have reimbursed me. After 2 weeks I got the reimbursement and few days later finally Kingroon wrote me that unfortunately they were unable to fulfill my orders. At that moment, I noticed that on Amazon and Aliexpress they removed almost all their printers, while other sellers doubled the prices. On kingroon.com printers are still all available, but it's just because they don't update their site at all.

Be very careful with Kingroon, forced to open a dispute after a defective order and still waiting for reimbursement of shipping costs for the return after more than a month. Customer service no longer responds to any messages.

I was able to return the item and cancel the order. The item was delivered in about 2 weeks. If you want to contact them then message them on facebook, they seem to be much more responsive there.

Great printer for long term users. The upgraded rail system makes this a commerical machine unlike most others.
