nice design but after few months of use, inside fire chember ceramic liner crack apear, was installed with external air supply(extra250€) this is not the reason why i left one star review, when windy smoke and ash comming in the house. huge air leak, despite the conversation i had with the shop in Ireland about stove for airthight house with HRV. THIS WAS INSTALLED IN PASSIVE HOUSE, SO NOT PRIMARY HEAT SOURCE. More of fire's crackling wood, wood aroma and smoky scents. very disappointed
I purchased the K7 stove
I purchased the K7 stove, and unfortunately, the back cast iron part developed a crack after just four years of use. Although the product was advertised with a 5-year warranty, the company refused to provide support under warranty and instead issued a bill for a replacement part. This raises serious concerns about both the durability of the cast iron and the company’s commitment to honoring their warranty terms. Based on my experience—and seeing that other reviewers have reported the same issue with cracked backs—I would advise potential buyers to be very cautious when considering this product and company Kratki.
Avoid the company
Dont buy
Dont buy - This company sells you extra spare parts, claims that they are needed and then refuse to take them back.
Deliveries are late, and customer service is poor.
Customer service is sub-par
Customer service is sub-par - the assistant hung-up on me mid-call in order to deal with another customer, without even giving me a heads up that she will hang up. She just cut the line mid sentence. Once I called back, another rep answered and asked me to wait 'patiently', so that the sales rep I was originally with can contact me later. I was really given the impression that they do not have time to deal with me and my order.

The customerservice received from Krzysztof has been truly amazing👏
I give my “warmest” recommendations to Kratki👍
