The bottle cap broke after two years only!
The bottle cap lasted just over two years and then failed due to a heat sensor no longer working. Customer service was not able to diagnose and repair the 'orange light' issue and their solution was to offer me a 30% discount on buying a new cap for £60. Very disappointed in the quality of the cap and customer service. It is already expensive especially if it only lasts two years.

I am not normally a gushing reviewer but the experience I have had with LARQ customer service has been exemplary. Responsive, fair, and nice to interact with. I had an issue with my PureVis 2 cap and they are sending me a replacement. We love our Larq products and the support is top notch!
Vary bad
UNFORTUNATELY, IT WAS QUITE A DISAPPOINTMENT
We have bought the Larq pitcher PureVis a month ago. When we started using it (we followed carefully all the instructions for the first use), we noticed the taste was pretty bad. After using it for some days, the bad taste went away, but we did not feel much of a difference from the tap water. So we bought a TDS and EC tester and THE RESULTS LEFT US SPEECHLESS! We tested bottled water, tap water and Larq-filtered water. Bottled water had the best results regarding the purity of the water. Tap water had the worst results. But the water filtered with the Larq pitcher PureVis improved the quality of the tap water SO LITTLE that, based on the water quality charts, it results just equal to common unfiltered water! We expected definitely more, especially considering the price

It's okay.
The bottle seems to work well, but the app is not that great. It does not even acknowledge drinking water sometimes. The bottle tries to log it and the app does not follow through about 25% of the time.
No customer service! Do not buy from this company.
I received my water purifying bottle. It is crap. The bottle is of cheap material. $100 for this type of product is terrible. I highly advise staying away from this company as I've tried to return the product and I sent seven emails to their customer support and had to know response to my issue of returning this product. Buyer beware. There are much better water bottles on the market for a lot less money.
Quick and Helpful Customer Care
I love my Larq products. I recently purchased the 680ml Pure Vis 2 bottle as my 1000 ml was a little heavy when running errands. The lip on the cap of the new bottle didn't snap shut securely so I reached out to their customer care. The response was swift and helpful. I sent them a short video of the issue and they mailed me a new bottle cap, which arrived a few days later. Was very pleased with how quickly they resolved my issue!

After a very short fall of around 50 cm, the lid cracked and started leaking, to the point where I would get soaked every time I tried to drink from it. Given the price point, this was disappointing.
However, what completely changed my experience was LARQ’s exceptional customer service. Not only did they immediately take responsibility, but instead of just replacing the lid, they went above and beyond by sending me an entirely new bottle.
This level of care and commitment clearly shows how much they value customer satisfaction. While issues can happen with any product, the way a company responds makes all the difference. LARQ handled this perfectly, and for that, they have earned my full trust and a well-deserved five-star review.
It leaks when you pour it
It leaks when you pour it. Resetting the filter can take multiple attempts. Some of the lights on the pitcher are different than the lights in the manual. It can be difficult to disassemble so that you can clean it as one of the pieces inside fits too tight.
I will never buy anything from Larq again.

A happy long term user of multiple LARQ products...
I've been a user of their products for around 7 years. Both the pitcher and their water bottles have exceeded my expectations. The filter works really well, and the UVC tech allows me to drink from the tap without any issues. The bottle and pitcher also have the added bonus effect of making the water taste significantly smoother and more refreshing. If your taste buds are sensitive to plastic or chlorine like how mine are, this is the best option available, in order to be able to enjoy tap water, and eliminate your reliance on bottled waters. Plus help the environment along the way :)
Broken Pitcher and Poor Customer Service
Overall, I really like my LARQ Pitcher. However, two years into owning it, the PureVis element stopped charging or working properly. When I emailed in, they responded that since it was past the one year warranty, they could only offer me a code for 30% off my next purchase and nothing more. When I asked if they sold replacement PureVis parts, they said no. When I emailed explaining that I was disappointed because an irreplaceable part of the product broke after only two years, the response I got was essentially “that sucks”, and no further help was offered.
While I initially really liked my pitcher, I can’t justify buying a whole new one just for replacing the one element. And, after the customer service I received, I’m not sure I’d want to.
Deceptive marketing
Deceptive marketing. I ordered a bottle. There were no filters mentioned when I clicked on it. It turns out, I ordered a filter subscription. I phoned up to cancel. They cancelled the subscription but not the bottle, that I had paid for. So, no filers, no cancellation and no reduction in price. 🦈 They will say that the filters were free.
The filters were not free. The person emailed me and said that there was a discount on the bottle when you buy the filter subscription. But a) the discount is fake because the bottle is so expensive (I thought the price was in AUD$, but I don't blame Larq for that.) and b) there was no option to buy the bottle without the filters.
Amazing product and service
Have had this bottle since the kickstarter and will say overall great product and wonderful service. Had an issue with the pure vis 2 cap when I bought a new color and got it addressed immediately. Love the product and the service!
Worst water bottle ever
Worst water bottle ever. The app is a trash. It doesn’t sync and doesn’t let you know how much the water the bottle contains. Feel so stupid after this purchase. Wouldn’t recommend it unless they fix the damn app

Misleading promotion, product issues, and refund discrepancy
I paid $1 to join a “VIP list” that was supposed to give early access to purchase a bottle before it sold out.
This VIP list never actually existed, and I had to order at the same time as everyone else.
Although I managed to buy the bottle, I was disappointed with the product. One of its advertised features is water intake tracking, yet the charge indicator never showed when the bottle was fully charged, making the feature unreliable.
I decided to return it, and the refund process was extremely slow:
Over one week for the first response
Several more delays to get return instructions
Weeks with no updates after the bottle was sent back
When the refund was finally approved, I was refunded $20 less than the original amount, with no explanation. Shipping was free, and the refunded invoice is not transparent, showing inconsistent totals.
After multiple follow-ups and long delays, I am now disputing the transaction with my credit card company.
I trusted this brand because its products are sold through Apple, but between misleading promotions, product issues, and poor customer service, this experience was very disappointing.
Easy Replacement of Broken Cap
Had an excellent experience requesting a new cap under warranty after dropping the bottle and breaking the original cap.

Total waste of money
This water bottle purchase was a total waste of money. It was extremely expensive and did not deliver on any of the promises advertised. The quality is poor, and it didn’t work. What made the experience even worse was customer service. They completely refused to offer a replacement or refund despite the issues being clearly due to the product itself. I regret buying this and would not recommend it to anyone.
