I don’t like leaving a poor review but I Have a bed frame from Loaf which has never been right. There has been Previous email correspondence about the bed frame being faulty. I Have made contact with Loaf again several years later as the bed frame is still terrible and their website states a 10 year guarantee. I Have now been told it’s only 5 years and that they cannot do anything. However, the bed was purchased before the 5 year guarantee mark?
The main issue is its Very hard to have a proper conversation as they take nearly a week to reply per email and a different person each time. I also had a response asking me not to email them again because they are having a busy period but how can you properly resolve a situation when you don’t get a response for a week.

Purchased 2 sofas from Loaf after always loving the brand / products - when they finally arrived both sofas had faults in the fabric plus had been damaged. Customer service agreed to send out replacements which would take 8 weeks. Today the long awaited sofas arrived - guess what - with even more damage than the original ones. Even the delivery drivers said that they wouldn’t accept them. We are so disappointed by the lack of care taken when it comes to quality control, we expected so much more from Loaf. We’ve been offered yet another set of replacement sofas and have had vague suggestion of a good will gesture / compensation - no sign of that yet!! Loaf - sort your supply chain out and quality control. Loaf customers - check your products!!!

Delivery arrived as expected and happy with bed but it was missing the headboard cushion. Instead of sending me a cushion, it's 4-6 weeks wait for a whole new bed (they aren't setup to ship parts seperately).
It's painful to think of the extra effort, cost to Loaf and the extra carbon footprint of delivering a whole new bed when all I need is a cushion. I think Loaf needs to reassess their replacement process.
Email responses were also very slow - waiting 6-7 days for a reply at one point. In the end got a helpful call.
Would be 2 stars but upped to 3 as they refunded my delivery charge to say sorry.

Ordered some dining chairs and paid for delivery. Loaf emailed me promising I would get a 90 minute window, and offered the chance to reschedule, for the delivery. This didn’t occur - I got a 5 hour window with no opportunity to reschedule. Order WEB-710169.
On opening the delivery, one of the legs of the dining room chair was snapped in half. In unpacking I managed to get a nasty splinter. I called Loaf who asked me to send pictures.
As I didn’t get a response and the boxes containing the chairs are taking up a lot of space, I chased by phone the next day. I then received a follow up email instructing me to package up the chairs and await a return collection, for which I have to wait in all day to await collection of the item, meaning I have to take more time off work.
Very annoyed with terrible service and dangerously faulty item received. Would add a photo if I could.

Carefully delivered and built in the chosen room for me, all packaging taken away. Thanks!

Excellent service from staff - attentive and helpful. A little bit busy this particular Sunday so a couple additional staff would have been helpful

An easy online order that was underpinned by a great service at the team at the Edinburgh shop. They were really helpful and had some great suggestions. I would not have bought the chair if I had not been able to visit a showroom first.

We had an amazing 5 hours in Battersea loaf. Staff and in particular we must commend Tia who was brilliant and assisted with us without "salesman" approach and gave us very good advice, guidance to us demonstrating her expertise. The entire showroom was amazing, so inviting and relaxed with absolutely no pressure whatsoever to buy. We did purchase and found the range extensive and pricing to be fair. Tia also offered us excellent and personal after sales care. Thank you so much and we would certainly recommend Loaf and the Battersea showroom.

We ordered a Barney dining table which looked nice enough in the showroom. When ours showed up, it had a poorly done 30cm long fill in the middle of the top of the table as well as multiple other smaller fills ~1cm. Yet the one in the showroom had no fills - totally different quality. Fair enough they accepted it immediately for replacement.
After waiting for a replacement, when seen side by side with the original table being collected on the same day it is a totally different colour, enough to confuse the delivery team. The top of the replacement table also has such colour variation between the main centre piece and the joining side pieces that it just looks odd. It's going back for a refund. Again, nothing like the item in the showroom even with natural variations in the wood.
I asked the delivery team if they have a lot of Barney tables going back, they told me yes they had done quite a few. Quality control has clearly been substandard.
We were also going to order dining chairs and so collected a set of fabrics from a showroom. When we went to order, the colours had disappeared from the website. We took a couple of weeks to decide on options but don't people typically do that? No notice in store or on the website that the colours were about to disappear. Eventually we found out from their customer support that the colours were discontinued and that new colours are coming in March (it was January at the time). They did try to mention a few alternatives which were unfortunately very different colours and fabric types.
So we travelled back to the store to pick up new samples and choose again but then the replacement table arrived. In the end we had second thoughts after that whole experience - save ourselves the time/effort and go with something else.

Went to Loaf Notting Hill and bought a Slow Riser Sofa bed. Comfy and snuggly as both bed and sofa, and great clever stain resistant fabric. Shopping experience was really chilled, offered nice refreshments (pastries and bubbles) and the staff were really friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. Also entertaining for my 2 year old! Thanks to Muna and Sadiqa for all your help!
