Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the experience didn’t fully meet your expectations.
Just to clarify, it's normal to receive fewer offers than the total number of listings on the website — the offers you get come from landlords who are genuinely interested in your profile.
As for the rent, it's true that some offers might slightly exceed your budget. This happens when we think there’s still a chance for a match, in case either you or the landlord is willing to make a small adjustment.

Notre serveur indique bien que ces emails vous ont été délivrés et nous vous invitons à vérifier dans vos dossiers d'indésirables, votre dossier promotion, et partout ailleurs, si ils ne se trouvent pas dans votre boîte principale.
Vous pouvez également retrouver ces offres directement depuis votre candidature dans la catégorie "Mes offres disponibles" de la page "Voir les offres reçues". Vous pourrez depuis cette page voir le détail des logements, recontacter les propriétaires ou indiquer que vous ne souhaitez pas donner suite à une proposition.

LocService was instrumental to matching…
LocService was instrumental to matching me up with an apartment landlord according to my criteria for the location being considered. Once I entered in my criteria and immediately I was being contacted by the landlords of property that had the vacancy and matched what I wanted. This service took a lot of work and time out of the equation.

Waste of money
Waste of money. I saw many listings of my interests and in-budget on their website so I paid the fee. Then, received via mail only a proposal completely out of budget. Also, I don’t feel the problem comes from my candidature (permanent contract, documents in order and guarantor). Found home trough other means. Not sure that all the listings they have are real

Contrairement à ce qui est requis par Trustpilot, vous n'avez fourni aucune information permettant d'authentifier votre avis, ce qui nous aurait par ailleurs permis d'analyser les causes de votre déception. Celles-ci peuvent être multiples : critères inadéquats, budget trop bas, zone de recherche trop restreinte … Mais le sérieux de notre société, qui existe depuis plus de 15 ans, n'est plus à prouver.

I have subscribed to LocService since August 2024
I have subscribed to LocService since August 2024, so it's been 4 months now and I haven't been contacted once by an apartment owner. I am not a picky person and my criterias weren't hard to meet. I had a big zone of research between Paris and zone 5 on the East side of Paris, so many cities to look for an apartment in and yet not one single contact. I also kept raising the budget and lowering the surface. At the end it LocService was just wasted time and money.

It might not be worth paying this service if you are an expat.

As useful as a lottery
The chance of being offered a place is already low for the local french and is estimated to be close to zero if you are foreigner, even if you upload ALL required documents and have a garant. No matter how you spend the 29 euro elsewhere, it would be way more useful than buying a subscription here.

Very easy to use and fast service. As an expat who does not speak French, Locservice was the only way I could even get replies from landlords.
It worked perfectly for me, apartment found in less than one week after the subscription.

Deleting your request deletes your account and you have to pay the fees once more
It was an awful experience; I couldn't find any accommodations that met my criteria. Consequently, I decided to pause my search. However, when I attempted to resume, I discovered that my account had been deleted. I was then prompted to create a new account and pay the fees once more. I NEVER intended to delete my account. My intention was solely to delete my housing search request, temporarily halting emails until I was prepared to resume my search for an apartment again. The confirmation email of my account deletion is also highly misleading, as the subject explicitly states: "Confirmation de la suppression de votre demande," not "suppression de votre compte."
