Wrong delivery fixed without discussion

According to their site, an accessory for my Nilfisk vacuum cleaner should fit. Unfortunately, it was a few mm too little. I got a refund without any discussion. Great customer service, I recommend.

Charged credit card without order.

Lomax is shipping all parts separately without being able to track all them and charged my credit card for an additional order that was never placed. Instead of rectifying this wrong charge, the customer service is pretending it is all correct.

(Update 31/mar/2023) Above mentioned charge was corrected by canceling the initial charge and charging the credit card for each shipped item individually, however, the printer ordered mids of January has still not been delivered, delivery has been moved forward many times. That is more than two and a have months waiting time, and still waiting…

Dessutom var det inga problem att få tillbaka skillnaden mellan förskottsbetalningen och inköpen.
