Sent a return back and never received a…

Sent a return back and never received a refund even though I have the proof of delivery. Have tried to speak to customer service and they just will not reply to me so I have never recieved my money. Have now stopped my subscription and definitely wouldn’t subscribe again.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, I have been trying to contact Lookiero since 25th January through their contact form and email as they do not have a phone number, they are ignoring all communications and continuing to try and take money everyday for a package that I never received. This was reported in the correct way, the delivery company advised they are investigating and it is now down to Lookiero to sort a replacement or refund but theu have not and are trying to charge for a hox never received, I have had to cancel my bank card this has caused undue stress and worry.

I would score 0 if I could

I would score 0 if I could. I asked for order to not arrive but it was still sent, I got an evri tracking number and it never arrived, charged a tenner for the service and when I raised I had not received it and sent me the tracking number instead . I sent several emails no response so I have requested that my credit card company blocks them and will never use again. Awful

Delivery

I have not heard from your customer services and you have now sent me an email saying how pleased you are that my order was a hit and I have kept all items ! You have also gone ahead and taken money for all items from my bank account!!

Non-existent and unresponsive customer service

I received a box at the beginning of January and I didn’t want any of the items. I packed up my box and followed the steps on the app to return everything, only to find that the return label they provided was incorrect and had my address on it rather than theirs..

I have emailed at least 8 times and filled out their contact form about the same number of times and I’ve had no response. There is no contact number, no return address - nothing, so I have no choice but to continuously email and message despite being completely ignored.

I have been trying to return my items since the beginning of January and today they had the audacity to try and charge my card for all 5 items.

The quality of the clothes were cheap and a really poor fit and they’ve been in a box sat in my hallway taking up space for 6 weeks.

An absolutely incompetent company who will try to steal your money when you are unable to return their items through no fault of your own.

Avoid this company - awful experience

Time for a change

Reaching the age of 60 I decided to embrace change and give this a go. When my first order arrived everything is excellent quality and the fit is perfect. I've kept everything and looking forward to seeing what the next selection will bring.

Fantastic Service

Personal Data Issue, Horrible communication and terrible clothes

I didn’t like the service. But beyond that I have requested to delete my account and personal data atleast 5 times. I emailed so many times, sent the contact form, even added a notes to the stylist. But no reply. It is my legal right to get my data deleted. And honestly they are breaching policy here. I am writing here hoping to get a response back.

I have tried to cancel my subscription…

I have tried to cancel my subscription and still have not managed it. The system is awful and continually sends you round in circles. The clothes can occasionally be ok but nothing outside the box. Don’t waste your time and money.

They have taken £220 from me for items I never received! Evri claimed to have delivered using a picture that was definitely not my home and now they have taken my money when I never actually received the goods! Be very wary with this company

Worst shopping experience ever ! They will steal your money as they did with me, as they send clothes while you havent ordered anything and charge a fee.
I blocked my credit card, only way to escape from their manipulation.
