Unfortunately
Unfortunately, my membership card had expired, and I hadn't checked it before I left for the airport. I couldn't enter the lounge at Stansted. I called the Office, and the lady who answered the phone said that she would sort it out, which she did. I was able to enter the lounge on my return trip. Thank you
We booked through Loungepass for the…causeway Lounge Belfast International
We booked through Loungepass for the start of my mums 70th birthday wkend to Liverpool arrived to the airport and where told the Causeway lounge was closed for maintenance and Loungepass had been inofrmed but still let us book with no notifcations. We where out more money in the bar and for food at the airport which was not the best start to out celebrations that wkend. Contacted loungepass while we where more time out of our wkend to advise "oh sorry" we will refund you, this should never had let the booking take place. Extemely let down and the customer support just advises call us to discuss. Not waiting inline for more time spent on this lack of communcation by this company
Review Lounge Pass company
Reviews are wrongly by people reviewing the lounge instead the company who provide the access (Lounge Pass) if you unhappy to the lounge of the airport where you go, please review the lounge and Not Lounge Pass who provide the entry - Please use your brain, Now I booked few lounges by this company at good price, more lower than the price of lounge any country, ..there has no issues and was able to access to the lounge without problem, mean Lounge Pass work for me to Book future lounges around the World, if the lounge is not good then go to the lounge website and leave review there.
No going there ever
Last night, I bought an online ticket for today, October 30, 2025, at Dubai Airport. I'd booked Terminal 2 and paid €50. When I received the online confirmation, it was for Terminal 1, so I emailed again, and after several exchanges, I simply received a reply saying, "Sorry I can't help you." Well, they really helped me out with losing €50, thanks to all the confusion and their extremely disappointing service. I'm going to be traveling next year, so they can kiss my planned bookings goodbye. €50 turned out to be a cheaper option than this lesson before they would branch out my travel experiences into a lounge.
Do not accept responsibility for accepting bookings at a terminal under construction
Contacted the customer service team because they are accepting bookings for the lounge at T2 Thessaloniki airport when the terminal is still under construction and flights are leaving from T1. Offered zero help and confirmed we would lose our money
Booked lounge in Palma airport which…
Booked lounge in Palma airport which was the same lounge as the previous year. Now closed as being refurbished. Due to distance of alternative we could not use our booking. Spoke to loungepass who were not sympathetic and said it was our fault as the booking showed the lounge location. Asked for a goodwill gesture which was refused. As a an historic regular user of lounge pass I had hope for better treatment. Will never use them again.

Usually good but not accepted in any of the six lounges at SFO airport. Not sure what the issue is.

Lounge Pass at Heathrow
Lounge Pass at Heathrow - surely you are joking?
Over crowded, cramped, and the furthest thing from relaxing I have seen. Food is mediocre, at best and very limited. Bathrooms are so small you can’t turn around. Two “coffee” machine to serve the entire lounge. Long queues for everything.
Save your money and battle the crowds outside of the “lounge”. At least you might have more variety.

Consistently Subpar
I've used Lounge Pass 3 or 4 times, only because it's a benefit of a membership program I'm in. I would not recommend this company at all. The lounges I've been to are NOT the quality you'd expect from an airport lounge; they're nothing like the Delta & United lounges I've been to. In fact the last pass I used, at SEA, I had to go back and forth between the 2 lounges multiple times due to their issues. The lounges didn't even have coffee! 6:30 a.m., you've paid for an airport lounge, and still need to go buy coffee elsewhere in the airport? Not cool. Seating was bad, food was minimal, it honestly wasn't any better than waiting in the terminal. The folks at Lounge Pass are aware of how poorly run the lounge is and that it was especially bad that day. Initially the implication was they'd give me a replacement pass for another day. Not they're saying, meh, nah, talk to the membership group that gave you the pass [who had nothing to do with the problem] as Lounge Pass will do nothing to make this right. Or in this reply you see them say NOT OUR PROBLEM! They sell the pass as a middleman and don't care at all how your experience goes. Definitely not a company I'd suggest trusting with your money or airport experience.

Waste of money
Couldn't get in to either aspire lounge escape lounge at Manchester airport as no room. Scanned a qr code to join a virtual waiting list, but that didn't help. Total waste of money buying these for me and my wife.

Very Disappointing - No Lounge - Verging on Fraudulent
Booking Confirmation No : 1216-7655-9
Ordered a lounge pass for Miami Airport for use on evening of Friday 7 February. Paid £29 for this. As part of the booking process I gave Lounge Pass my flight number. Alas, my flight departed from the F gates at Miami Airport, and the lounge was accessible only from the D & E gates - despite being in same Central Terminal.
As soon as I got home I requested a refund from Lounge Pass. Who took the view that they would not refund me; and, hid behind their terms and conditions (cancellations must be 24 hours in advance - I didn't know I could not access the lounge they had sold me 24 hours in advance of flying, so why would I cancel then?). Lounge Pass 'helpfully' suggested I might try my travel insurers - have they no knowledge of travel insurance Ts&Cs; or, the excesses on such policies.
Be careful booking a lounge through this company.
If they are prepared to sell me a lounge booking that I could never have used, I wonder how ethical the rest of their business practices are.
Update - 21/02/2025
On 13/02/2025 - Lounge Pass asked for my contact details and booking details (even though I posted this in the review). I responded the same day.
To date I have not heard from Lounge Pass.
Another example of Lounge Pass' poor customer service and unfilled promises.

I have used Lounge pass for many years without any bother but will think twice in future.
Be very careful when using as they are a third party to the actual lounge in the airport so they will take other customers who have booked direct first. Even though the lounge we used - Belfast International - has their logo displayed outside the door but would not let us in.
We eventually got in but only had half an hour before our flight so was a waste of money. The staff went along the queue and took many other customers before us who had booked direct.
If they are full affiliated with airport lounges each customer should get entry. The staff at the Belfast lounge were also very rude which did not help the experience.
There were up to 10 others beside us in the queue who had the same experience.

Lounge Pass - Manila International Airport
We were sent to their extension lounge which was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, the food was not palatable and we have to go to the main Lounge Pass to use the bathrooms. The tables were not clean, the chairs even worse. Not worth the money and will never use it again!!!!

Packed, noisy and grubby
The Airfrance lounge at Boston Logan terminal E was packed, noisy and grubby. Not what I was expecting and I would have been better to stay in the main lounge and save my money

Avoid JFK Terminal 4 & Worst Customer Service Ever!
I bought a Lounge Pass when I had a long layover at JFK a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I got the pass for terminal 4 which is the international terminal, but it turned out that my terminal was Delta terminal number 1. It was impossible to transfer the passes between terminals, so I called the customer service number in the UK four times only to be greeted by an ad for some kind of sweepstakes. Each time I was finally able to talk to an actual human being, perhaps in India, who could not help me with anything at all and had no idea what I was talking about.
I tried to call the terminal 1 Lounge Pass phone number which was a cell phone and simply got a message. The receptionist at the terminal 4 lounge could only keep saying “no” to me and couldn’t contact anyone on my behalf.
I took a look at the offerings and the lounge to see if I wanted to pay again to hang out there for a few hours, most of the seats were filled, and there were just soft drinks and a pot of chili available for refreshment. No thank you.
Silly me, I assumed that it would be easy to get the charge for the past that I never used reverse to me but by email Customer Service told me that it was my responsibility to buy the correct pass and they would not under any circumstances refund my $52 (which seems to be only £24 in the UK). A bad end to a terrible traveling day. Shame on them.
