Terrible organization, dont book here. I have an issue abroad and no possibility to contact them. Had to pay a lot extra as weloveholidays booked is in a different hotel than what was announced. Spent an hour on their app and website to figure out how i can contact them and resolve the conflict from a totally different timezone

Pathetic service! They hide the ticket type just to increase their own profit, usually booking the cheapest fare with no luggage included. Who travels for five days with literally nothing? They don’t even list the booking class on the itinerary, which feels like a total scam to extract more money from customers later. Absolutely shameful and unprofessional service.

Overall a good experience with weloveholidays. The stay was nice and comfortable, and the location in Pineda de Mar was great. Everything was well organized. However, I made a small mistake with a name on the booking and unfortunately had to pay a lot of money to change it. Apart from that issue, the holiday itself was enjoyable.

We are looking forward to our holiday in the new year.

We are very disappointed with Loveholidays misleading holidays descriptions, and difficult customer service.
There’s no telephone number to speak directly with the live agent,only automated messages available , so if there’s any serious issues you need to email them directly.
Our flight was booked with the stop over London -Toronto -Punta Cana all inclusive.
The description was:
“Your allowance with Air Transat includes:
One personal item
One carry-on bag”
Apparently when we arrived to Toronto we have been told that our Carry-on bag it’s not included in your our second part of the flight Toronto -Punte Cana and we have to pay £45 each ( family of four total £180 on way ) That was a shocking surprise and really unexpected expense for all our family .We couldn’t even think that kind of holiday packages will be selling to people, how they expecting us to have luggage on one flight and after transit not to have luggage?
To prevent this high charges on the way back we have tried to buy carry-on bag online and then we find out that it’s not available to add carry-on n bag or any check-in luggage online .
When I email Loveholidays regarding all this misleading information,I have been told that I had to contact Air-Transat to check all restrictions and terms and conditions.
It was supposed to be our enjoyable holidays but unfortunately it cause us a lot of stress ,not mentioning that children don’t get sit together with the parents and we have to pay additional £600 for sits to be sitted together during the flights .
Avoid “Loveholidays “ if you want to enjoy your holidays.

Firstly I booked and payed a deposit of 58 pounds then about a hour later I looked at the hoilday and realised I had a stop of 4 hours 30 so I phone to see if I can change cause I honestly did my see this they said I would have to wait 90 hours for them to reply I waited a week for them to reply but they said there no available so be ware soon as u pay a 58pound deposit your locked in so if I want to change my flights I would lose a 1000 so now I’m stuck to go never again will I use this company I tryed booking my own flight but it’s to expensive cause 24 of December

What not and never use love holidays again, we booked a family holiday for next year ,
Paid almost 2k already, then the airline changed the flight date , trying to sort out so the hotel matches the flight is near on impossible, phoning love holiday only to be told we need to contact the airline,
We will never never use love holidays again. When you speak to them on the phone they have never been really helpful.

So the food is okay. The poeple are nice but its terrible. It's written its all inclusive but its clearly not. U get just paper cup or plastic. No drink is served in a glass. The cocktails are bad and made with no effort. U have to ask for ice in drinks because they are too lazy to give it in first place. If u watch closely u see its dirty. The lift is broken. So it might hurt you if u wait too long. If u search for something good, don't go here !!!
