I ordered some things from this website. Nothing has arrived. The phone number is not working. DO NOT order anything from this place. It's a skam.

I placed an order online and when tracking the order on GLS it only showed that the order had been registered, so I called GLS and was informed that the order was not delivered to be sent to Denmark. Half an hour later I received a notification that the order was ready to be collected at the collection point. So I can say that Makeup is a serious company, and the problem is with the carrier that does not update the order tracking. I was satisfied with my purchase and so I can only give good recommendations to this company.

I ordered a Chanel foundation from MAKEUP online. It was the first time I have ordered from this company. I have purchased the Chanel foundation from Neiman Marcus before, so I know what the consistency of the foundation is supposed to look like. I did receive the product, but when I opened the foundation, it was clear that is was either a counterfeit product or a substandard product. The actual Chanel makeup was creamy and not runny. The product I received was very thin and runny. I immediately contacted the company on February 14th and offered to return it for a refund. They asked me to take pictures of the box, the foundation bottle, and I sent a comparison picture of the real foundation beside the thin, runny foundation MAKEUP sent to me. For four weeks, they said they were investigating, and I would need to file a claim. Now, on March 27th, 6 1/2 weeks later, they asked me to return the product. After asking them for weeks if Inshould return the product, I finally threw it away. I am disgusted with the company, and I would suggest caution when doing business with this company.

Its a one star becouse it can not be zero. 2 weeks waiting time, one the webside says 2-3 days...

I tried buying products there but didn't complete my checkout. I tried a few times but didn't work out! BUT they charged $2000! I just tried buying a few products! this is scam and horrible.

I have bought perfumes from makeup.dk they have not returned it for over a month I write and call almost every day and it would not be sent back money back? if it's my package, it's not my fault, I'll have my money back

Ordered some products on Saturday, payment has been taken but no order confirmation has yet to be sent. Looked on my account and it states no pending orders. Contacted CS today, but no reply as of yet. It would be helpful to know what is going on.

I ordered some hair products from this company on 16/10/22, totalling £24.02 which was taken from my account on 17/10/22. The order was for two full size hair oils (2 x £9.41) and one smaller size (£5.20). The order was delivered on 24/10/22 containing just one full size bottle and one small. I emailed the company immediately but have not received any reply/ refund or missing product. I shall not be using Makeup.uk again or recommending.

Fake products do not buy. I have requested a refund, as of yet no response.

They are cheaper than other websites, but you have to wait a long time for your order to arrive! Apparently this is a Polish company or at least the headquarters is located there, a little mistrust is in order then.

WARNING - FAKE PRODUCT ALERT. If I could leave minus stars I would given them -5/-5!

I have been buying rapidlash for years and years and have always found it to be an excellent product. I have just bought some rapidlash from Uber makeup however (tempted by the cheap price as our household definitely feeling the pinch right now) and it is CLEARLY A FAKE PRODUCT. The consistency of the alleged 'serum' is that of water. That's likely all it is.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS TRASH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE COMPLETE TAT.

I bought Revitalash serum in September. Started using it in November because I still had one from Revitalash which worked brilliantly. This one is definitely fake. My lovely long eyelashes have shrunk right back and gone very thin. I would never buy from them again.

Was little sceptical given the savings I made on the Rapid Brow and Rapid Lash v RRP, however would certainly order again and have recommended to others. Super fast delivery, kept informed throughout. Definitely recommend.

Ordered St Tropez tanning mousse from the site, pictured was a 240ml bottled and what arrived was 120ml. I then noticed that they had left this in the small print under the photo used to illustrate. Emailed the site and was advised that photos are "for informational purposes", read, mostly fictitious.
