I was considering purchasing a Merach…

I was considering purchasing a Merach foldable Water Rower R28R1 but upon reading all of these negative reviews and the fact that the only online reviews are from influencers, I’ve decided to start well clear from this company and will go with a more expensive model from a reputable company!!

Do not buy anything from Chinese companies that advertise on Facebook or any other unregulated sites..

Totally awesome rower R50 is got to be…

Totally awesome rower R50 is got to be the best on the market. Can't beat the price and in addition to quality is great.
From the minute you order they send you tracking info immediately. Easy to put together. Love this, only regret didn't buy it sooner. JB

Love my new bike!

I love my new bike! It's super smooth and not noisy at all. Feels great for all types of rides. The iPhone & screen mirroring is a great feature. There's also a good variety of classes offered on the app. Overall I am super happy with my purchase.

Terrible customer experience

I received the product on time, but it arrived missing essential parts (bolts and other small components). Customer service told me to buy the missing parts myself from a local shop and claim the money back — completely unacceptable for a new product.

Since then, I have tried repeatedly to contact Merach by email and phone, with no response at all. Being ignored after reporting an incomplete product is unprofessional.

This has been a terrible customer experience. On-time delivery does not excuse missing parts and nonexistent customer support. I would not recommend Merach.

Reported a problem with my treadmill…

Reported a problem with my treadmill belt slipping back in Dec! Have been going round and round in circles with customer service over email when they can be bothered to reply!
They finally advise a none realistic solution of me installing a new motor, not something I can do I explained I would need a professional to fit this to which they offered 10% back which is only £30 of what I paid! It costs £150-£250 for someone to install this part so I emailed back explaining this to and I advised I’m well in warranty just collect the machine and issue a refund or a replacement. It’s been 11 days and I have not had 1 email back! I have called me bank and citizens advice for advise as I’m stuck with this machine I bought to help me and it’s just stuck not being used!! And a lot of money down! Fuming and would advise people not to buy from this company!!

I ordered a vibration plate and it’s not working. I’ve emailed so many times I’ve called the number is not working. I’ve left a voicemail. Nobody’s got back to me. I’m really not happy with their service. I just hope that they can contact me ASAP to get this sorted as I want I bought this to improve my health not to have it sitting in there collecting dust.

So far so good

I’ve only had the Merach Vibration Plate for a couple of days, but so far I’m really impressed. It feels sturdy, easy to use and surprisingly powerful for its size. I like that I can jump on it for a quick session at home without needing a full workout setup, and it leaves my legs feeling activated and worked afterwards. The different vibration settings are great to experiment with, and the remote makes it super convenient. Early days, but it already feels like a great addition to my routine and something I’ll actually keep using.

So far it’s terrible!

I’ve received a treadmill and trying to contact customer service to arrange a refund with no response for a week at all the company is based in HK so that explains a lot. Be careful DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. It makes me very stressed now I paid for an equipment from a ghost company.

High quality product and good customer service

High quality product at discount prices. Bought an R15 magnetic rowing machine. Purchased during the sales period I had to wait a little longer than expected due to the large number of orders (on the site, only after the purchase was the possible delay indicated; I was only slightly unlucky percent there was still no wording, but I contacted customer service they were very helpful in explaining the problem to me and updating me until the shipment). Definitely redo orders on this site.

Unresponsive Sales Team

I’ve tried to buy a treadmill from Merach but the Merach Website would not apply a significant discount that the site offered. I’ve tried to contact customer service via email about this but I have received no response, except for an automated message that didn’t address this issue. If their sales support is this bad, I can only imagine what their tech support must be like. The negative reviews that I’m reading about this company should be given serious consideration.
