SCAM site pretending to be an official clothing website. Do not buy from this site - you will not receive ur order
SCAM - please stay away!
This is a fake site pretending to be merta.com
I wish I read the reviews here before ordering but now I’ve lost a lot of money. Have reported the site!
Bought a coat from Mertra for my grandson cost with shipping nearly £200
What arrived was something that you would have seen on a market stall for £10.
I asked if they could send me a return address and obviously they didn’t!
Total scam.
I have still not received my goods after more than a month. It said 5-7 days.
I have tried several ways to contact them, but still have not received a message.
The email given on the website is a spam email so the messages are not arriving and the Whatsapp phone number is not registered with Whatsapp.
If you don't want a headache, don't bother.
FAKE/SCAM WEBSITE - pretending to be mertra.com.
mertra.com is the only real website.
Absolute scam
My son bought a coat saw the site looked legit… correspondence from a gmail and vague tried the contact number but it’s false .. asked a delivery date n told yeh … DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SITE
I order on this site last week its shipped my products
This is a scam site. Be careful. Reported to fraud team
Confirmed scam site. Bought a yeti fleece reduced, no confirmation email. Two different emails addresses, one of them was a Gmail address that wasn't actually registered. Checked PayPal, payment gone to Gulf Gems Jewels. Sighed.
Opened dispute through PayPal. First message blamed problems on developer and promised refund. Contradicted by subsequent email saying all fine and not to worry. Second PayPal message said having problem with PayPal and on phone to them ( but messaged me on PayPal?). I asked again for refund and have been ignored since. Will claim money back through PayPal once seven days are up.
Confirmed by Aron Williams, Mertra lead, that this IS a fake site. They tried sending me fake PayPal statements as justification for not being able to refund. Almost as stupid as me for falling for it.
