I ordered and paid for 4 of the miniscopes from the 'miniscopes' web site, but only received 1. It isn't quite as good as I'd hoped from the reviews, but it does work.
I've tried to contact them (3 times) about the missing 3 miniscopes, there is no phone number so I've only been able to try with their contact email. I've not received any reply yet. It has been a week, since I first messaged although their web site says they reply within 24 hours!! I'm worried that I've lost money on this purchase!.

I bought items ORDER#135457 and they have not arrived.This FRAUDULENT COMPANY have the audacity too send you an expired link for tracking!
Appalling CON service that uses childrens toys as a decoy!!!

I ordered two miscroscopes paid for four and they are rubbish. Have emailed all the contact is emails and just get a bounce back email.

This would be a joke if it had not cost me $29.99 for a piece of JUNK! It is incapable of focusing. Maddeningly frustrating for adults much less a child. I have emailed the company twice with ZERO response. Naturally, they do not have acustomer service contact phone number. I was duped by the reviews about how great it was.....they surely were written by family members and friends/ paid individuals.

I ordered a mini microscope for 2-3+. My granddaughter's mum had found the site. It took about ten days to come so presume shipped from abroad. It's my granddaughter's birthday today so took it out of box to wrap. I've been sent a microscope for 6+. Have tried to visit the site but it's unavailable. Looking at some of the reviews below, wondering if I've been scammed. Good thing I had something else to give her for her birthday today, but very disappointed.

Got gifts from someone who ordered from this site and was shipped directly to us. Firstly, poor shipping all packages in their boxes were damaged, and one item's package was opened to place another item in it to save on their shipping expenses. When we finally went over everything we received we were missing pieces, for example the tent cloth for the diy tent and other piece were missing. I will never ever recommend anyone know to buy from this company. Absolute rip off. If this site allowed me to upload pictures I would have.

Website is down, not able to track my package. I am more than certain I am not getting my package or a refund.

Very poor packaging, arrived completely crushed, not worth the money considering top end of budget. Meant to be a gift don't think can gift it like it is. Was expecting more really. Waiting to here regarding refund/ returns so we shall see how good customer service is.

Just received my microscope and realised that this is quite blatantly a scam. Extremely poor quality made of cheap plastic and about as sturdy as Charlie Sheen carrying a tray of shots to the breakfast table. Purchased the kit including stand and after trying to use it to view the preloaded sliders have found that the scope does not align correctly so just get a view of the holder, perfect if you like viewing the same piece of cheap green plastic over and over again. This has obviously been well marketed but what you see on the website is far from what you receive in real life. Save yourself some time, money and disappointment by going to a reputable toy store and getting a decent microscope that’s tried and tested by real people, and not hordes of Chinese armies leaving fake reviews all across Trustpilot to con you into buying something that’s so terrible, your children will never forgive, nor forget. -14.2 stars.

Very quick delivery of and lovely mini microscope that my niece will enjoy using. Packaging could be improved as I feedback to customer service and I had a very helpful and super quick support from the team so thank you so much!! Will buy from here again!

Clear communication during the order and customer support was great. The first one came damaged, so support was able to help and give the replacement. The scope itself works as expected

Amazing tool, my daughter loves it! We got her a traditional microscope few years ago, but it became too complex. With this minilabs she has been running around looking at everything! (I also love it as well, it's so cool!)

We got the fort thing and it's like our son has build a new room for himself with it. The fort is now Permanently up and fully equipped with blankets, snacks and books! Amazing purchase

I gave the customer support a call when my order arrived damaged in shipping, they sent me a new replacement the very same day. Best customer service in a while.
