My wife Ann visited the shop a few weeks ago to buy a leather jacket and was highly delighted with the choice and service received from Mr Morgan. We have had many compliments about the jacket and are very grateful for the time and attention given to us that day.

Received an incomplete order and have been trying to reach their customer support for 3 weeks, but no response whatsoever.

Reliability and efficiency services is completely dependent on your business.

Stylish jacket , coats , sweaters with good fabric quality. Happy with the purchase.

I ordered something from Morgan last month and didn’t arrive the package, was rescheduled 2 times. I called them many times and write the email and WhatsApp, no one answered. They didn’t delivered and they took also the money.
Very sad experience.

The product was rubbish, tried to return it as they offered free returns, only for them to say I had to pay Chinese excise duty. Total scam.

Compré un pantalón en Morgan de Toi y, tras muy poco uso, ha salido con un defecto de calidad de forma que queda inservible. Fui a varias tienda para pedir una solución, pero no obtuve respuesta satisfactoria, todos echan balones fuera..Cuando escribo un mail directamente a la marca tardan tres semanas en responderme y me dicen que me van a dar un vale por el importe del pantalón y luego me dicen que mejor me dan un 20 % de descuento en su web. Cómoooo? que ahora queréis que me gaste más dinero en vuestra web para hacer negocio conmigo. Pues va a ser que no, ni yo ni mis amigas. Esperaba una mucho mejor atención al cliente y garantía por el precio pagado. No lo recomiendo para nada. Me han hecho perder muchas horas de tiempo.

I bought a pair of pants at Morgan de Toi and, after very little use, they developed a quality defect that rendered them unusable. I went to several stores to ask for a solution, but I didn't get a satisfactory response; they all passed the buck. When I wrote an email directly to the brand, it took them three weeks to respond, and they told me they would give me a voucher for the cost of the pants and then said they would rather give me a 20% discount on their website. What? Now you want me to spend more money on your website to do business with you? Well, no way, neither me nor my friends. I expected much better customer service and a guarantee for the price paid. I do not recommend it at all. They have wasted a lot of my time.

I ordered a pair of shoes believing the glowing description .,
What arrived was a pair of very cheap flimsy and shoddy shoes .,
I asked to return them and told this would cost between £30 and £50!
Utterly ridiculous .,
The solution offered was to purchase another item for £9.95 .. which would leave me £45 down and with 2 unwanted items !
Avoid this company !!

If you have an accident and your car is damaged, I'm here to tell you that Morgan & Morgan doesn't deal with fixing your car...Only the money they can can off of your pain, What about your vehicle? I truly regret having them represent me for my accident. I can you schedule chiropractors without first having an MRI to better access your injuries. I have been to twelve visits and not one MRI test. If your only concerned about money then there reputation proceeds themselves however if you are concerned about your health then there reputation is only an opinion. Don't let the sincerity they try to show fool you. Worst experience and again I regret having them represent me and I will be filing a formal complaint with the California State Bar.

When I reached out to their customer service, the response was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no real resolution.

To make things worse, they rely on a cheap and unreliable courier, which only added to the delays and frustration.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against ordering from Morgan Toronto. The website feels like a front for pushing subpar products and delivering a terrible customer experience.

This company is a SCAM. Tried to get money back on a terribly inferior coat they sent that looked nothing that they advertise. Must try to stop them ripping people off. After many emails, They say they are in liquidation.

This is a big scam, pls dont let anyone deceive your cos you will never get paid, had to use the name on my display P

Actually goods came from France to Poland, with all labels, clean, nice, good quality exactly as on their site. I can not say that this is something worse or much better than Zara or HM, but the prices are higher. Delivery was long and all the replies from them were - sorry we are trying to solve this issue.

BUYER BEWARE !!!! This company is a total SCAM - I wanted to rate the item less than 1 but unfortuantely that's the lowest I can choose! They absolutely use false advertising and as mentioned in other people's reviews, they send you inferior quality merchandise made in China that looks nothing like what they advertise. And once you complain they try to offer you discounts to accept the crap they shipped. It's not even worth 1% of what you paid so when you insist to return they then tell you the 30-day money back guarantee is only good if you ship back to a CHINA address at your own cost. When I investigated with Canada Post shipping it back, the cost would have been almost close to what I paid originally and this is for shipment by ship which would have entailed further delays. I unfortunately had to cut my losses and glad I did because it sounds like others shipped back and have yet to receive a refund and now have been scammed twice!

BUYER BEWARE……I ordered a jacket, it was thinner than paper….I immediately requested a refund…first they offered me a discount on more merchandise…nope, I wanted my refund. They claim to have a no hassle return….I was told I would be responsible to ship it back, I was ok with that but disappointed…..the address was in China….I sent it back early November….they will not reply to any of my emails to update the status of my refund so now they have my money and the jacket….this company just wants to scam people and should be investigated big time! I even sent pics of the product and all the shipping details and picture of the parcel right at Canada Post…..this company is not Canadian! Shipped from China, returned to China….I have learned a very valuable lesson,

The joke is on me! I ordered 3 really nice looking sweaters only to be presented with 3 thin printed nylon imitations. They don’t return emails and product returns are more costly than the overpriced misrepresentations they sent me. I’ll give the sweaters to charity. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
