Very bad expérience
am writing this review to express my deep disappointment after dealing with Mr filler.
I want to be very honest. I contacted this online store because I was planning to place a large order. I am a reseller and I have been working in this field for many years. I had a somewhat specific request regarding tax-free procedures, as I live outside the European Union.
Mr. Flávio, who speaks French, genuinely tried to find all possible solutions to help me, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and respectful attitude.
However, since yesterday, I have stopped receiving clear responses, and I no longer know who is replying to my messages. I specifically asked to organize a call with Mr. Flávio, but instead I received rude and unprofessional answers via WhatsApp, simply telling me “we don’t want to work with you”.
I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. From one day to the next, the tone completely changed, and I was spoken to very rudely, without any explanation. I was honestly shocked by the way I was treated.
I would like to receive a direct explanation from Mr. Flávio, as he has always been respectful and professional. I genuinely do not know who is currently communicating with me on WhatsApp.
It is unfortunate, because I could have been a very potential long-term client for this company.
