You can cash out any confirmed cashback starting from just 1 €, regardless of the welcome bonus. The 10 € bonus is a little extra thank-you for new users and becomes available once you’ve collected 20 € in confirmed cashback within 12 months – a fair and flexible timeframe.
For example, if you make a larger purchase or sign up for a service that earns you 30 € cashback and it gets confirmed after two months, your bonus will also be released at that point. So, it can actually happen much sooner than 12 months.

STEALING PII
Seems this company just steals personal information. Signed up with no issue, received all of the confirmation emails, including the $10 sign up bonus yet the cashback feature in my profile reads "cashback function has been disabled for your protection", essentially rendering the account useless since none of the features work. I've emailed this company multiple times but they just send autoreplies using a foreign language bot. I'm now getting bombarded with junk mail and am pretty sure this company sold my information.

Waste of time
Spent hours completing the tasks but some say started (even though completed them) where others say pending. You have to advance through 15 levels before you can withdraw any cash you have earned, but some of the levels are impossible to complete without paying for a service or they are heavily gambling related. I can't imagine ever completing it, so the hours I have spent so far have been a complete waste.

Cashback is canceled after company make false cancellation
I have used there portal for buying a furniture at Kare design. I successfully completed the order, received my items and everything was fine. I saw my cashback amount initially in the portal but later it was rejected because Kare said that the order was cancelled. I never cancelled the order. Cashback do not have way to verify that the order was never cancelled. Following up for more than 6 months now but no success. Will never use it again.
Update: i have to update the rating. I think it was mainly confusion regarding the communication. Kare said that my order was cancelled but it was actually not cancelled but only the cashback was cancelled because of mentioned reason. I was not sure about this initially. So all fine.
