Was sent a poorly repacked USED one, with paint transfer loose joints and damage.
This was after already ordering a figure from them and receiving the wrong figure. One that was 200 dollars.
I'm done with this website completely.
Very sad.
**EDIT UPDATE: I tried messaging them for help, and they banned or deleted/deactivated my account.
Dishonest service
When things works out, there is nothing special about the store. I ordered three times from them.
First time the figures arrived and there were no major issues. Only gripe I had after making the purchase, was me contacting the customer service because I wanted to edit my order. They never replied and then just shipped.
The second time I used my points from the first purchase for the second purchase. After a while that purchase got canceled, I didn't get my used points back in any form. The reason for canceling my order was the pieces not being available anymore.
However one of the figures was still available on the store, it became more expensive since my purchase. It isn't a nice business practice to scalp customers like that.
The third time was the worst and last experience with the store. I ordered three items, one of the items was clearly used with two pieces missing out of the box, the toy box being partly town and the figure being overall in a visibly used shape.
I contacted the customer service, had to wait a very long time and then received a reply. They were nice but told me the figure came like that from the factory and to return the figure and get a replacement while they'd cover shipping.
This is where the fun begins, they have no restrictions about reply times but when they reply, the customer has 7 days or the complaints are void. I had no shipping label from them so I used the location listed on their website.
After asking them to pay they confronted me with the location being wrong and the cost being too high. After asking what we can do about it, my account got banned. They didn't tell me either, I only noticed because after waiting ages again, I heard nothing and tried to log in to check the status only to receive an obscure error message.
It is terrible to just send out used toys as legit and new and then ban customers when things aren't going well. I can only recommend to directly go to the bank or whatever payment service that has been used for the transaction.
They helped in my case.

bought a S.H Figuarts Jiren Final Battle as I found it here cheaper than the rest of the sites. shipping was fast (about 3 days) and got it in like a week. packaging was decent, two layers of bubble wrap. at first reading the reviews I was a bit worried but everything went smooth and the customer support was responding fast and very nice. will buy again for sure!
Cannot login to my account
It’s been a year and half and I am still trying to contact them but there’s no response, because they suddenly prevented me from log in to my account from February 2021 until today, and without any reason. I sent multiple emails to them, and I hope they would fix this mess soon. They don’t respect their costumers god why don’t they send me any email!!? Even though my first two experiences were so good but suddenly everything goes wrong. I advise you to stay away from them because no one will see your emails.

They don’t respect the costumer . I order $900 worth of Takara and payed $82 for shipping . 3 weeks later an invoice for extra $50 for shipping , yeah okay nice try . I asked to cancel the order and they ignored me for a week and many emails later they never responded .so I opened a tick with PayPal and they deleted my account and I was never disrespectful in any manner . I ordered Mafex Carnage with SHF Gohan from them. The website was showing the former in stock. I waited for 2 weeks and passed out on other opportunities to buy Carnage to only be told that the figure was no longer in stock, and that my command would be cancelled. So Gohan was also lost after all that waiting and I would have to wait again to (at least) get him, so I gave up on him too.
Disappointed. I thought this would become my to go Japanese e-store but I'm now hesitating to order something from them again.
I have been a figure collector for over a year and it's the first time that such a late cancellation happens to me. I have only had one cancellation and it was after no more than 24 hours.
Not sure if I can trust their "in stock" statuses again.

Generally Very happy, I have been buying from mykombini for about 4 years and for a shop in japan with little English speaking staff I think they do a fantastic job .
I’ve spent over £20000 and throughout the whole of corona virus, sometimes there was a slight delay also times when I had thousands of pounds held up in orders that had been delayed through the postage being backed up and every time they turned up, they could of ripped me off on a number of occasions but never did. Even when I overpaid on postage, the money was debited back to my PayPal with out even asking.
You have to be a bit patient with mykombini but I imagine they are just extremely busy.
So I have to say they are a good business and they have looked after me and I’m extremely grateful.

Horrible. I tried to order from them twice and after more than a week got notified that the product was out of stock both times. They do not keep track of their stock and their listings aren't up to date. Horribly unprofessional.
Cancelled the paid product
I ordered, paid, waited a week until they sent the goods, but they replied we do not send them to you. In the list of which mail and where they send it, it was said that they send it to me by sea mail, but they just returned the money to me. Another store, in the same situation, entered into the situation and allowed me to re-register the shipping method by sea. The store is terrible, I do not advise you to contact him.

Very pleased with my experience
No issues at all with my whole experience.
They processed my order swiftly and shipped it after 5 business days (so just as claimed on their website) with the proper order information and tracking details.
They even notified me beforehand about a change of carrier, that would make the final and confirmed shipping charge a bit cheaper than the fee of the carrier I originally intended to use.
All in all I felt like I was in very good hands and well informed at all times. The packaging was secure and topped off with a disclaimer for careful handling. Furthermore, everything arrived in the exact time frame they specified.
From my experience I'd recommend this shop anytime!
Thieving Scum
I preordered something before covid started, paid for the item by paypal. Now, I see the item is in stock on the website. Sent multiples emails, but no response. I found out that they deleted the order number from the system in my account. I am unable to file claim as it's been over a year. I got scammed by mykombini and nipponyasan. I would never shop with them again.
Bad Experiences
First time that i ordered is on march 2021 from mykombini using SAL courier, till now the item still MIA, so i thought is my bad luck coz SAL has been banned due to covid-19, 2nd item ordered from there received safely and 3rd time i bought 2 same items from mykombini, both of the items that i have received was used product, FFS, they should mention if the product they sell is used product or new one, really bad services and dishonest, should avoid buying stuff from them.
(After 3 weeks, 31 Oct 2021), i think they have received my review, so they blocked my mykombini account, is ok since i won't using their services anymore in future =)
They will surprise you after a week of waiting
