This review page made me laugh out loud. I also ordered a couple of times already and never had any issues, products well packaged, came within a timeframe as they advertise, about 3-5 days.. When I asked about the expiration date, I got a response within 30 minutes. This could also be negative competitor reviews

I was advised my order would be with me in 3-5 days but after 12 days it hadn’t arrived I emailed for an update and challenged the time it was taking. The customer care person was very rude and said it had been posted and they had proof of postage so not their problem. I said I would complain about them being rude I have copied and pasted reply below:’
Package is due for delivery on Monday, if you don't need to don't accept it. It will be returned to us.
And don't threaten us with your complaints no one cares.
Finally arrived 14 days later and was good.

Are you retarded? "Contact Us" page with an easy-to-fill contact form available at the top and bottom of the page. We reply to all emails within 24 hours including weekends. You never bothered to contact us! The package shipped out immediately after purchase and the tracking number is valid.
When I made an order, I was shure, that I will get product from UK.I got a parsel from Lithuania and product was made in Poland.

Tracking number they sent did not work and there was no answer to my emails asking about whereabouts of my order yet the stuff arrived in five working days - exactly as it was stated on the website - in perfect condition and absolutely good legit product so overall I am very happy and will continue to buy from them

As well as we do reply to all emails, however, we noticed some people sending emails not to our main account, but PayPal and it goes to spam which we don't check on daily basis. :-)
