Slick operation very professional. Sadly, I had a couple of anomalies ie white coat blood pressure and they refused to do a second reading which would only have taken a couple of minutes. This throws... See more

I was a bit reluctant to book a Neko health scan after reading the reviews on here, but I am glad I did. The scan was done very efficiently and the results were clearly presented by the doctor. My ECG showed some anomalies which meant that I was referred for an echocardiogram at no additional cost. I was called by a consultant cardiologist who explained their findings clearly and answered all my questions. After the test I have taken some other proactive steps to improve my health.

Abysmal service. I'm still awaiting a call back 6 days later as they could not take my bloods so full assessment was not completed at the cost of £299. I have emailed on numerous occasions and text the number provided requesting a refund yet I have had no response therefore having to request a charge back through my bank. Quick to take your money then they disappear with no communication method other than a generic email address you never get a response from .Also they do nothing your GP can't do for free.

Asking for payment before I can check availability is pretty poor, especially if you're travelling a fair old distance. Change this policy.

Is a complete scam , they ask you when booking to share the link to 5 friends and you cannot get even on the waiting list if the 5 friends are completing their also journey to another 5 friends and so on. A complete scam to get your personal data and to share their product to more people , is just market strategy on their customers patience. A star is a lot , I would give 0 stars as I know is just a data colection process. They called themself a medical device testing provider it's a shame for industry !

Be aware that they make you pay upfront before you can even see the availability of appointments.
Customer service is very patchy, I’ve been trying to cancel my appointment and get a refund for almost a week. I’ve sent 4 emails to their support team and not had a single response.

However, today I was finally able to speak to Harley on the phone and within 5 minutes my appointment had been cancelled and refund processed. This was the best part of my experience which I’d sadly describe as mixed.

I think this is just a giant personal data collection venture, for which you are also paying.
From the very first moment you are being hard pressed for very specific personal information that has no bearing to actual medical tests.
I refused from the get-go to give consent for my personal data to be used and stored. Amazingly i was allowed to continue the sign up process. After i paid and booked an appointment, the final ‘set up’ step was to again ask for my personal info. Not only that, it said that unless i upload my ID, i will not be able to access the results of my tests. The ‘ID verification’ was to be carried by a startup in Brazil? So, I refused again.
What was more disturbing is the fact that i decided not to continue with the service and just ask for my money back.
You have the right to cancel and get a refund for any distance (online) purchase for 14 days under UK law. No reason needed.
I tried to contact the team for a refund via several emails, text messages and phone calls. Zero feedback or connection with anyone.
I am now processing a charge back via my credit card. I would be very very wary of giving any money or personal information to this.
I cannot comment on the substance of the ‘scan’ as I did not end up going through with it. Read others’ accounts.

Overall tests were good. Staff and doctor were good but the tests results were incomplete. Haven’t received any information nor did the doctors consultation mention anything:
Peripheral microvascular blood circulation
Peripheral macrovascular blood circulation
Aortic blood ejection performance
Arterial Stiffness
Reached out support with no further response except a comment stating everything is fine

Attempted to book via the link, no code sent to phone so not able to progress any further. Multiple texts sent to their contact number but no response.

I had a really positive experience at Neko Health today. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well organised. The receptionist, Amy, was friendly and professional, and Kiran, who helped us throughout the visit, was absolutely lovely calm, kind and very reassuring.
We were also looked after by Nurse Siham, who was fantastic. She explained everything clearly, made us feel comfortable, and took the time to listen with my mum having a breakdown and getting scared of the machine due to her anxiety. The doctor was equally thorough and professional, and I felt genuinely cared for rather than rushed.
What really stands out about Neko Health is how advanced and comprehensive their health checks are. The technology is impressive, but it’s the people that make the experience exceptional. They help you understand your health in a clear, supportive way and make the whole process feel stress-free.
Thank you to the whole team especially Amy, Kiran, Nurse Siham, and the doctor for such a great experience with my mum having a nervous breakdown . I would highly recommend Neko Health to anyone looking for a detailed, modern, and caring approach to their health.

I had a full body scan and health assessment with Neko Health last year, and I was particularly impressed with how they handled the skin screening side of the process.
During the scan, several moles were identified and I was advised to request a referral to see a dermatologist. The follow-up support from Neko was excellent — clear, calm, and reassuring. The process itself was very easy, and both the doctor and dermatologist reacted quickly once the scan results were available.
I subsequently had two moles removed, and thankfully both were benign. While that was a huge relief, what really stood out was how smoothly and professionally everything was handled from start to finish. The communication was clear, the response times were fast, and I felt well supported throughout.
Overall, the skin screening and follow-up care gave me real peace of mind, and it’s an experience that reinforced the value of early detection and proactive health checks.

This whole "we don't know how long" with respect to the waiting list is total BS. As people sign up it's a sequential process, so if 1000 people signed up ahead of me, I'm 1001 in the queue. Plus you know how many people you process every day, so if that number is 10, then I should be up in about 100 days. The fact I've been on the waiting list for nearly a year with zero information from Neko is absurd.

Waited long time. I personally think its all just a waist of money. Its just a fancy mot. What your own GP would do. Blood pressure,ECG. Not even a full Bloods. One tiny tube they took.
Doctor checks your skin. Same Doctors talks to you about your basic Ecg scan, exercise todo, your nutrition. Ive got arthritis in my hands and he told me todo some squats to help with my poor grip.?

Today I had a totally comprehensive body scan and investigation at Neko Health In Manchester. What a brilliant experience! I have never ever received such care and attention and professionalism. The doctor’s feedback was thorough and clear. All the staff are competent and confident.
The venue is totally appropriate for the job, calming and clean.

State of the art equipment and excellent customer service. The examination took an hour, non-invasive except for a blood test , with the results presented at the end of the session by a doctor. Diagnostic focus on cardio and skin .

Really enjoyed our session, Dr Chris White was amazing and very informative feedback. We loved the stats and found it all very interesting. Thanks everyone.

Poor. Surprisingly bad service from a company selling itself as the future and hi tech. Several data points didn't work at my appointment. Now I've since tried to log into the app all of my data has disappeared and the customer service is useless in trying to get it fixed. 5 emails and 5 requests later and I still can't access my report/data. Do not use this company they just want your money.

Awful experience.
Nurse couldnt take blood.. looked incompetent. When I asked her when she qualified, said not long ago... later I found out the company that charges you £300 for a quick rushed assessment, pays them less than the NHS would pay a newly qualified nurse... Imagine the staff they manage to employ with those conditions.
Avoid.

After my Neko scan (a great experience in itself) I was called back regarding a suspicious-looking mole (out of nearly 3000 moles and freckles that the scan logged). I was asked to go in for another appointment (no extra charge) for more photos to show their dermatologist. They wrote to me with a covering letter to my GP advising an urgent referral to an NHS skin cancer clinic (a seven-day referral), where two specialists checked it carefully and decided that it was two overlapping moles, giving an irregular shape.
This was an area at the back of my upper arm that I would never have been able to check myself. Thank goodness it was fine as if it was a melanoma I’d never have spotted it.
Kind, thorough and professional throughout.

This scan does not screen for cancer. They gave my partner a clean bill of health yet 3 months later she had stage 3 cancer.I do not think they highlight its vast limitations.Their response to this was pitiful as well. They just gave me back the money I had paid for next years scan which I clearly was not going to have.

Booking process and help from Harley when requesting a refund gets the 2 stars as these happened quickly and efficiently. The actual scan and experience I am afraid left me feeling it was about selling a long term commitment to monitoring key health features such as skin cancer, blood pressure/heart function and cholesterol levels. All of these can technically be done at your local GP. I suppose you could consider this private monitoring for a fee of £299 / £249 per year a quick way around waiting for a local GP appointment. The other critical reason I asked for a refund was there was no sense of care about me having hearing loss issues so it was hard to follow what was going on, despite telling reception, nurse and doctor about hearing loss and how they needed to speak on my left... I cannot recommend paying the fee for what was a marketing experience in my opinion for most tests your local GP can offer for free. The doctor got frustrated too by the technology not functioning smoothly which again didn't give me confidence in what I was paying for.
