What began as a smooth onboarding process quickly unraveled after I deposited £72,500. When I attempted a withdrawal, my account was flagged for “internal review” with no further detail. Support replies became inconsistent and circular, repeatedly asking for documents I had already submitted. Weeks passed without movement. I eventually involved 𝙰͟𝚖͟𝚋͟𝚘͟𝚛͟𝚒͟𝚘͟, whose direct and methodical approach forced a resolution. My funds were returned shortly after their intervention.
