I signed up for OmniFunds after being impressed by their sales deck showing impressive backtested returns and a performance guarantee. Paid $12,000 upfront plus $99/month. After nearly a year, my account is down significantly while the market has been strong. The automated system barely kept up, and any small gains were eaten by fees. I reached out multiple times for help optimizing or activating the guarantee initial replies were polite, but then silence. Ed contacted me once to say changes were coming, but nothing improved. This feels like overhyped promises that don't hold up in real trading. The long term excuse doesn't cut it when you're bleeding money. Save yourself the pain and thousands look elsewhere for automated investing. I regret every dollar spent here.

Call in, immediately helpful support is so important in these situations when dealing with funds and earnings. Nirvana support was easy to reach and helpful immediately. My rep also waited and helped me patiently through a few problems to completion. Much appreciated.

Excellent customer support for an excellent product. When I have a question, someone promptly responds to me and I always get a satisfactory answer.

Nirvana Systems has provided great service and more importantly, significant results in the first 6 months. I recommend them for anyone looking to grow their portfolio.

I joined Nirvana Systems a few weeks ago. While the processes initially seem complicated, the customer service makes everything extremely easy. Customer Service is EXCELLENT. Nirvana provides a mechanism to enable one, with the use of a Registered Investment Advisor, invest wisely. I am looking forward to my experience with them!

Tim is fantastic in his explanation of the systems. I am new to the investment world, and he has given me a lot of confidence to continue to invest.

Before investing my time - or their time - to review the sales pitch, I asked the rep to provide some very basic info in advance. I asked given the performance marketing & “guarantee” language in what they sent.... a deck that references double/triple‑digit “real” or backtested returns and a “12‑month performance guarantee.” FINRA/SEC have repeatedly cautioned on AI marketing claims and hypothetical performance usage. Anyone should insist on seeing the exact guarantee terms and the legal basis for those terms. There are also VERY mixed third‑party reviews.
Next thing I know I get a phone call --- essentially indicating "we'll cover all of this info on our call."
Nivana sends prospects info to read in advance of a call, but has no interest in responding to questions from prospects in advance of a call.
After years in a sales role, I WELCOMED well reasoned discovery questions from prospects in advance of a call, since I wanted to help them make well informed decisions. Clearly, this company prefers instead to control the discovery narrative, and hopes prospects don't know the right questions to ask. Caveat emptor folks.
The well crafted response from Nirvana that follows is further confirmation of what prospective users can expect: we don't help those who perform advance due diligence....since we will fill you in on all the dets when we pitch. I'm sure there are many more details provided in the terms of service - which users will most likely receive after jumping in.
Folks: dig deeper BEFORE jumping in, and do expect this sales organization to provide a clever pitch, BUT do not expect them to help you make a well informed decision.

I joined Nirvana OmniFunds in March of 2025 and paid $12,000 to use their system plus $100/mo to continue. After 9 months of the indexes reaching new highs, I was still losing money in their automated system. In October I cut my losses and pulled my money out and made a meager $889 on the $15,000 I deposited into OmniFunds. That’s not including the $12k fee. The little profit I made didn’t even cover the $100 monthly fee let alone start to make up for the $12,000 initial cost. I was an idiot, I could have taken a week long family vacation to the Maldives with the amount I lost in OmniFunds. I hope you can learn from my mistake!!!!!

Omin Funds Nirvana Systems have a unique product and I can see the potential for big benefits.
I want to call out their customer success motion. For starters, it is indeed a true "Customer Success Motion". When put to use, the motion is about ensuring clients realize value out of what one purchases.
In today's world, complexity has gone up manyfold. Without a fully thought out success plan, it is not common for clients to lag behind, not realize value for what they paid and consequently, not renew or expand.
I was pleasantly surprised by the sales and customer success motion doing all they can, to help me succeed.
I have sent my request for my license fee back as my one year is coming up in February. I will give more information soon as to their integrity in upholding their guarantee
Nirvana delivers quality products, but their secret sauce is the trust and comfort they build—working with them is like working with dependable family.

Great experience with Nirvana Systems. They were quick to respond anytime I had a question and made the whole account setup process easy to understand.
I also liked how clearly they explained the OmniFunds products. Everything was broken down in a way that actually made sense and helped me feel confident in my choices. Overall, solid support, clear guidance, and a smooth experience.

The counselor at Nirvana was very helpful and honest about their trading platform. I look at several reviews most were very good so I decided to start an account with them. I start in the middle of October and my account is up 12 percent in just three months. I know it’s early but I highly recommend Nirvana.

The customer service team is very responsive and helpful. That’s the best thing. The quality of the actual algorithm is legit, and I, as someone who has done signal processing, can see how the algorithms work. The method is diversified by nature of the algorithm and uses game theory to chase returns. All good things!

I have used Nirvana software and OmniFunds (off and on) for a while now. I’m not as active as others, but when I’m ready to engage they have the tools and the help I need. I’ve been impressed with Ed and Jeffs trading knowledge and effort to help their users. Everyone else is good too! I’m glad to see them succeed because these are good people.

I started with OmniFunds about 3 months ago, and got off to a great start. I hit a drawdown in early October which was scary, but it recovered and has been doing great ever since. I’m up 15% in one account over that timeframe.

I've seen the value firsthand after integrating Nirvana's OmniFunds for automated trading, which is built on successful ranking and filtering. The bottom line is simple: there are many different ways to utilize Nirvana's offerings to become a more successful and proficient investor.
This is not my first review. After posting several months ago about poor performance and lack of response, I was contacted directly by Ed Downs. He kept in touch for a bit and convinced me that big changes were underway - be patient. Not only did changes not materialize in gains, but Nirvana went radio silent. I am nearly 1 year in and down $10k for the buy in, $99/month x 10 months, with a -1.03% in the account performance. This leaves me with a total 19% loss that'll likely take in 26. Time to be truthful.

I’ve been using trading software for years, and I found it all cumbersome and hard to trade with. I got OmniTrader a while back and it was a real game changer! I can just run it and get good trades every day. I still have to pick which trades to take, but it makes it so much easier now to find good trades and also to manage them. Thank you Nirvana!

I wasn’t getting the performance I wanted, but then I discovered the OmniFunds lab. It allows me to combine portfolios to optimize for both returns and small drawdowns. I didn’t even know they had this feature when I bought it, but now I can create my own custom Omnifunds which makes me much more comfortable.
