The system is well-structured, straight forward and easy to operate.
The parts of the system are intuitive and made it easy to get it set up. Templates also helped me to create invoice in no time just by adding the missing information to the document.
Other system integration (e.g. bank) was a step by step process, it was easy to follow.
Any time I had doubt or questions, the platform had a fantastic online support help database/guide where I could easily find the answers to my questions.
I also had the chance to have a quick chat with the supporting team, they were super responsive and they provided me comprehensive and prompt guidelines.
The system also operates in English that is a huge plus for me, as my Dutch is a bit rusty.

I tried Visma Accounting for our Web Shop for a couple of days, and it wasn't for us. We unfortunately are English speaking only, and although Visma made some attempts to provide English, it didn't work out for us using Google Translate, etc.
The Shopify software didn't connect with their Web App very well either, and the Web app was unnecessarily difficult to use, so we terminated our trial(s).
1-1/2 years later I receive a collections notice stating that we owe Visma Accounting €300!!! What? I never used the software, I cancelled, I uninstalled.
Wow what a way to do business, charge someone, never contact them, and then send them to collections. Thank you Visma! Good luck getting paid from us!
Avoid at all cost!!!! I picked them because according to their website their system is in english but GOD was i wrong. It's super confusing, half-translated and not user friendly AT ALL. Their customer services was also awful and un-friendly. Go with exactonline, much better.
I signed up and immediately ran into problems with the setup process. The online support person could;t hlp and just kept telling me I had to call support. So I called support and sat on the phone for 10 minutes with no answer. This was within minutes of signing up. Cancelling now and finding a better product. Avoid.
They are making me pay for my whole year of free subscription after I canceled my subscription. Really bad company.
My company bought on February 13th a 3 month subscription to try Visma and see whether we will use it or not. Since Visma didn't meet our expectations (they can't connect to Knab bank and can't import data from our previous e-accounting program exactOnline) we decided not to use it. On 1. of April I wrote them to ask to end the subscription. They approved but said "Visma has a notice period of one month renewal date". And in mid April we got invoice for three more months, that is 1st May till 31. July. I honestly think that is "legal" stealing. If I cancel something after month and a half of already paid 3 months (13.February till -as it should be- 13.May), where is the logic of charging another 3 months, while saying to customer you will charge only one month? Not so nice experience.
