Ordered 3 weeks ago still no sign of my order

Bought 3 bottles. On subscription to get cheaper then cancelled as first bottle tasted like muddy water. No hint of the iodine it says it has in it. The next bottle tastes all together different so opened the third to test and again totally different. Only then have looked to feedback and seen several posts doubting product legitimacy …… Have not noticed any improvement as per stated product blurb.My metabolism has no improvement after 1 bottle..SUGGEST SCAM

I’m feeling completely disappointed with this company. Their package tracking is terrible and I had no idea where the product was until it was delivered to my door well over a week from my order date. I reached out to customer support to ask about tracking and they just gave me a link to the website where I could manage my account. Thanks for nothing.
They also didn’t honour their bonus of an additional bottle if I purchased 2. I received only 2 bottles instead of 3. When I reached out to them they again were unhelpful. Somehow it’s my job to prove I was short changed. Idea, why don’t you look up my order and see what I ordered vs. what you sent?
Feeling totally taken advantage of and not valued as a customer, I will never buy from them again.

I never signed up for a monthly subscription and it was done very covertly and needs to be reprimanded. also when I go the second lot, there is no where says for thyroid and that is what it's mean tto be for.
