Extremt oseriöst fastighetsbolag. Svenska Nyttobostäder reserverade en lägenhet till mig, tog sedan tillbaka den utan tydlig förklaring, och fortsatte ändå att antyda att den var min.
Kontraktet som jag skulle få har sköts upp gång på gång och tillslut meddelade de att de inte ens kunde garantera inflytt på avtalat datum. Jag står fortfarande utan besked och känner mig helt lurad.

Vi köpte en lägenhet av Svenska Nyttobostäder på ett nytt bostadsområde i Stockholm, Telefonplan i Brf the Brick Rubigo. Genast efter tillträdet upptäckte vi två olika vattenläckage i vårt badrum. På grund av detta kan man inte använda badrummet. Vi har försökt få hjälp via alla de kanaler som vi har fått information om före och efter köpet utan resultat. Vi har blivit ghostade av Svenska Nyttobostäder och lurade på våra pengar, och har en ny bostad utan badrum.
