recently ordered a bag

recently ordered a bag, however i have yet not received any email about the order or tracking number, I contacted have sent a lot of emails ad have called the number on their site multiple times, however no one has answered yet, if someone knows how to contact them or what to do in this situation please contact me at iv.g.yordanova@ gmail.com
