Siden Norge ikke er medlem av EU, påløper det dessverre toll og merverdiavgift når varer sendes fra Sverige til Norge. Disse avgiftene fastsettes av norske tollmyndigheter og transportøren, og er dessverre noe vi som avsender ikke har mulighet til å påvirke eller forutsi.

På nettsiden vår informerer vi om dette under vår Shipping Policy, hvor det blant annet står:

1. For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied by the destination country's customs office.

2. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

I just personally think that if it had…

I just personally think that if it had come a little faster it would been an easy 6 star but since I live in Norway it maybe takes longer but I’m so excited to get my cap:)

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize that the delivery took longer than expected. We fully understand your point of view – had the cap arrived a bit faster, the overall experience would of course have felt even better. When you’re looking forward to something, it’s only natural to want it as soon as possible.

In your case, the delivery time was affected partly because the order was a pre-order, meaning the product was not in stock at the time of purchase and was shipped only after it had been produced and arrived at our warehouse. For pre-orders, we state an estimated delivery time of 7–60 business days, depending on production and delivery from the supplier. Additionally, deliveries to Norway can sometimes take a bit longer due to international shipping and handling, which we completely understand can feel frustrating.

We do provide information about pre-orders in several places such as on the product page where the item is clearly marked as PRE-ORDER next to the purchase button, in the product information where pre-orders are explained, and in the order confirmation email where it clearly states “Pre-order” directly under the product name. That said, we fully understand that this information can be easy to miss, and if anything felt unclear, we sincerely apologize. Clear and transparent communication is our responsibility, and we truly value your feedback.

At the same time, we are very happy to hear how excited you are to receive your cap – that genuinely means a lot to us. We sincerely hope that it lives up to your expectations once it arrives and that you will be very pleased with the product itself.

We also know that a longer waiting time affects the overall shopping experience, even if the final result is good.
