Oppizi is a brilliant company to work for and the manager Sebastian is so nice with good communication and clear instruction and right there to help you with any question. It made such a difference to have a nice manager who was fun aswell.
The app we use for work was so easy and clear and the pay was excellent i was earning sometimes £16 an hour. The work was easy and simply and it was great if you like to engage with people. I highly recommend working for Oppizi. Please ignore the bad reviews as this is a happy employee who was treated so well.

I worked as City Manager on Oppizi’s Lethbridge campaign for ~3 months. Despite doing the work and adapting to a tiny market with very low flyer demand, I was terminated without notice via email from Jesus and immediately removed from all team channels. My direct operations manager, Scott, regularly made passive-aggressive comments, escalated minor issues to higher-ups instead of addressing them with me, and engaged in intrusive micromanagement (including early-morning calls to “check in”). Communication was inconsistent and often felt retaliatory — I was told one thing in person and then fired an hour later by email.

A warning to future hires: document everything, submit invoices immediately, and don’t assume final pay will be processed on time — several people report withheld/delayed payments. If you value professional communication and being paid on time, think twice before signing up.

Without a doubt the most unprofessional and misleading organization that I have ever dealt with in any industry. I was repeatedly lied to and when I questioned them one department would put the blame on another one. They come across as a bunch of children cosplaying as adults and professionals.

It's a good company where they pay very well for each mission, however I would like there to be scalable ranks and for there to always be missions available.

The fist summer it was great then we got a new city manager how was power tripping and whated ous to pitch in a library witch i told him I wasn't comfortable with and he fired me, told me I didn't have the right to leave.

This company advertises other businesses to the max at minimum costs with Brand Ambassadors handing out leaflets and information in the streets in real time. Boosting a business from the roots around it with promos designed to attract. Here in NYC, the City Manager Devin is always on point when you are on the job with help. The companies are FOR REAL and it's benefits to employees are just as real. As an employee interaction with others is emphasized, and being congenital a plus. This place will grow your business! As an employee, it's flexible and the rates high. Awesome people. Give Oppizi a try. Highly recommend.

Good compensation

I spent one day working with this company. I talked to hundreds of people but the manager on site said that the company was watching and wanted me to talk to even more people and basically be a trained monkey. Humans are not robots. It was a ridiculous request. So I left. Immediately, they canceled my account on the app and stopped communicating which was unprofessional because I had questions about payment etc. Would not recommend. Unless you want to yell for 3 hours straight.

I had an excellent experience working with Oppizi as a legal professional. Arthur and Sami were great to collaborate with throughout the entire process. The entire engagement was smooth and professional. They respected my expertise, provided necessary information in a timely manner, and maintained a positive working relationship from start to finish.

My experience with Oppizi Technologies Inc. has been extremely disappointing. I worked with the company for 2.5 years without any complaints or issues, always delivering high-quality work as a Manual QA Engineer.

However, when I encountered health issues and had to take medical leave (fully documented with a valid medical certificate), the company abruptly terminated my contract, violating the agreed 30-day notice period. Despite my efforts to continue working whenever possible, Oppizi falsely accused me of "misusing sick leave" without providing any explanation or evidence.

To make matters worse, they refused to pay me for 1.5 months of completed work, ignoring multiple emails and failing to honor the contractual agreement. I was forced to seek legal action to recover my unpaid wages.

After discussing my case with others, I learned that this is not the first time Oppizi has treated contractors unfairly. There have been multiple cases where the company failed to honor contracts, refused payments, and ignored legitimate concerns.

I strongly advise any freelancers or contractors to think twice before working with this company. If you value fairness, transparency, and respect, Oppizi is not the place to find it.
