Good price without sacrificing quality! I ordered several items to check the quality (photos printed in aluminum, wood, canvas and photobook) and I was satisfied with all of them.
I would suggest some more flexibility of the software of the photobook eg the size of the pictures and more options for layouts.
Other than that, there's nothing negative. I will continue ordering items because it's worth it especially with the year subscription.

YOU HAVE SENT ME 30 PLACE CARDS WITH THE SAME NAME ON!? I ordered 30 place cards and entered 30 different names for a wedding. They have arrived today with your website sample name ‘Samantha’ on ALL 30! The wedding is on Saturday!!!! And now I have no place cards and I am £12 down and wasted all week waiting for the delivery! I would rather it didn’t arrive all together than this based on other negative reviews I was shocked they turned up but oh no that’s TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE obviously you don’t have a single BRAIN CELL to print the correct names on the order which is your ONE JOB!!???? Please somebody respond ASAP I require a refund and also NEXT DAY DELIVERY WITH THE CORRECT NAMES ON AS PER MY ORDER.

I am satisfied about the quality of the postcards, but not about the price anymore, which is way way higher than last year. I used to order my photocards here, but today was my last order. Even with discounts, the costs are higher then they were last year. Pity…

Contacted them on 15Nov regarding I would like to cancel my membership just being charged. They claimed I should receive my full refund in around 3-7 business days, now nearly two weeks and I still yet to receive my refund. Really poor service

the issue immediately by reprinting the invitations without charge.We received the cards today and are delighted with them. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.
