Product arrived damaged

Product arrived damaged. Will not give refund. Trying to give a replacement or offer a discount on other products. Have to get the Better Business bureau and the credit card company involved. Not recommend to do business with them. Company is Aspire Commerce LLC from Sheridan, Wy. Product is shipped from Jamaica NY. However to send the product back for a refund, you need to send it to China at your expense. The return address is not available on their website. I believe they purposely send out defective products so you don't return them and don't get a refund. It's not my fault the product was defective, but I, as a customer is paying for it. Sad that it is the only way they do business.

What a relief

I've suffered from heavy, tired legs for years, and this is the first product that gives me noticeable relief. After about a week, I felt less pressure and discomfort at the end of the day. It really made my daily routine a lot easier.

The product works

Whatever you do DO NOT buy from this…

Whatever you do DO NOT buy from this company. At the recommendation of my physical therapist, I purchased the Ornexis EMS plate for restless legs. It's basically a foot mat tens unit. At $59.95 it was nothing like they portray on their site.
They make it look like it is a rigid thicker “plate” which is the word they used in their description on the site. What actually came was damaged box with a rubber thin matt that was folded in half. It was clearly from China and had appeared to not only be a subpar product, but it was not even packaged with their logo or any indication it was sold by Ornexis.
To make matters worse the remote & electrode wires were missing and had clearly been used based on the wear and tear marks on the device.
I immediately emailed them to start a return and was responded to in six different emails saying that they would prefer to offer me a discount on another product. Once I forced the issue they gave me a Chinese address for the return. It would cost me $23 to $45 to return it based on the method of shipment. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company.
Lastly if you insist on trying this thing Walmart.com sells the same product using the name Ornexis for around $20.

They don’t even deserve one star

They don’t even deserve one star. I bought the foot pad for swollen legs for my daughter. It arrived damaged and they will not make good on it. I have sent pictures multiple times. Their address is says 100% satisfaction or return or replace. Well they won’t do either. To send it back to them you have to send it to China which will cost probably more than the product. So we are stuck wit a broken one and I’m out almost 70 dollars. Don’t buy from them. I’ll never buy anything from them again. Not one good thing to say about them. I never write reviews but this one deserves it. What a waste of money!

I placed an order in mid January 2026. I received a order number and a link to track my order. I have not received my order and their link won't open. I try their website and it won't open either. I recommend that you do not order anything from this company.

Company doesn't stand by return policy!

I purhcased this pillow after watching an ad about how a doctor had created it for his wife who had chronic migraines. Now that I have this pillow I don't believe this story at all. It says on their website that you have 90 days to return the pillow if for any reason you don't like it. I sleep on my side and it was very uncomfortable. after about 10 days I emailed the company and asked for return instructions. This company is owned by an LLC. They say you have 90 days but if you ask for a return it is only 14 days after delivery you can return it. That seems very deceitful. When I messaged them first they wanted to give me a 70% credit to buy something else on their website. NO! So I would be out the money and I would have to purchase something I don't even want. Then they wanted to give am 50% off the pillow. No again. The policy states 100% refund if not satisfied. This company will do just about anything and everything to not let your return this item. The company has to give you a return code. I have sent them 4 messages and they will not give me a return code. They are not part of the BBB. I'm sure you can guess why they are not.

Not to be trusted - poor products

Just as everyone else experienced, their "100 day warranty" is worthless. They offer partial refunds (who knows if you would get them?) and even when I send them their own advertisements - they don't care. They absolutely lie about their ratings on Trustpilot.

Incredibly unhelpful and dishonest…

Incredibly unhelpful and dishonest company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I contacted Ornexis to submit a return for one of their pillows. I was offered discounts and 70% store credit.
I attempted multiple times to have an actual return processed over email correspondence. Each time I was met with other offers and no full refund for my purchase. They claim to accept returns up to 100 days on their website but do not honor this return policy. Customer Service deflects to other offers but never your money back.

This company is an absolute fraud. The unit stopped working after 2 uses. Their guarantee,
"100 Day guarantee
Not satisfied? - No problem! You can always return or exchange with" is meaningless. The company, located in China, will not refund until you return the product to them, AT YOUR EXPENSE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
