2 packages sent. I annuled but they dont return the money. The second one returned to destination without delivered and despite packlink admits its not justificated, they dont return money, they blame everything on the customer. Will put a formal complaint

Avoid them and choose a trusted shipper instead

After 3 weeks of the package being delivered to the customer I (the sender) receive a mail from them saying UPS found the declared measurements wrong and has adjusted the measurements and charged a second payment which was double the cost of the delivery! They further wanted proof to from me to confirm the measurements of the parcel! Clearly in their adjustment claim it's visible that they have measured the length of the box as the width! The shipping price was too good to be true and it is! They scammed the me by claiming additional charges for the package!

Sold as 2-day delivery, arrived after Christmas, no refund

I booked a FedEx shipment through Packlink from Germany to Switzerland because it was shown as 2-day delivery (my order confirmation stated delivery on 24 Dec after pickup on 22 Dec).

FedEx picked up the parcel on 22 Dec, but it was delivered only on 30 Dec — after Christmas — which completely defeated the purpose of paying for a fast service.

I contacted Packlink immediately and opened a complaint, but I received no meaningful help and no refund. Their response was that I had booked “Regional Economy” and that the service wasn’t guaranteed. The issue is that during checkout this was not clearly disclosed: there was no transparent estimated range (e.g., 2–5 business days). It was presented as 2 days / a specific delivery date.

Very disappointing experience: unclear information, ineffective support, and no accountability. I wouldn’t recommend Packlink if you have time-critical deliveries.

This company is totally scammed

This company is totally scammed, I use them for shipping a while, and the send me email that Fedex found my package over weight, a package that was 1kg which I use a package bag 35cx4cmx45cm they told the package was weight 22.1kg ,how can this size of package contain such a kilograms,they ask for proof, I send them the picture, weight and the measurement, they told me they have confirmed the mistake, later one of the presentive email me still asking me to pay the money,which is 102€,even not only this package many package, which they're claiming over weight, asking me to pay,I have send all my proof of the shipping but they ignored me, while asking me to pay,if not they will take a legal way to collect the money from me,I also asked them to send me the picture of my package, which they claim over weight, but they didn't provide me anything. If you don't want trouble just avoid this company.

Act as a middle man only

Act as a middle man, their own admission over chat, skimming off profits without providing anything of value. Only their dubious relationship with ebay guarantees them a lifeline.

Offer very little in customer service. Their courier and supplier, made a claim that addresses don't exist if the driver cannot find it on google maps. Even though their system validates a known address. AND the first driver left a card at the address they couldn't find. Then charge you for a return the same price as the original booking fee. Packlink's response; we are just the go-between, nothing we can or will do.

My advice, book direct and avoid this waste of your money, time, and sanity.

NEVER AGAIN!!

NEVER AGAIN!!! They sent me an exorbitant invoice, like 3 times the cost of my cost of the parcel, because FedEx told them that the package was heavier than i declared. I have used this company for years and i never once lied on the measurements and weight. They ask you to provide a proof that you did not lied, like a photo of the parcel on a scale and measured (but I never took photos, my bad apparently) but i haven't received a photo from FedEx declaring the contrary as well. I told them to send me the proof of FedEx and I will pay (maybe I did a mistake) but they never answered me; They repeated the "rules" but never provided proof. In the meanwhile the money was token from my account directly without my consent and impossible to block it bxs for my bank and PayPal i have given consent somewhere by accepting their rules. I have no problem on paying if did a mistake, even if, it is really a lot more ( a bit exaggerated and taking advantage of) but they never gave me the proof, they never replied to me and left me with a feeling of frustration and anger towards them. I am very disappointed. I will never use this company again!

Obvious error. Appeal ignored.

Claimed 2 of my parcels on the same day were over weight. When I tried to appeal the process was to send photos of the parcel on a scale. I send hundreds of parcels a month. The idea that I would have time to take several photographs of every parcel and keep a huge library or these is ridiculous. I provided as much evidence as possible showing the exact item weight and the weight of the box I used. They decided to completely ignore me. Now I need to move my label printing to another service like parcel2go.

Charge me €70 Extra without any proof nor posssability to dipute, they can do whatever they want to do, and if they decid you owe them money, they will take it out of your account, as much as they want, without ANY proof whatsoever... Daylight ROBBERY and a SCAM

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare. Sent a parcel through packlink, shortly after I started getting whatsapp messages from a number claiming to be UPS asking for my personal information. I contacted UPS via email who said they never use whatsapp to communicate.

My parcel was returned to sender, because I didnt provide ID information for the person I was sending it to. From Italy to the UK. I have never had to provide this information at the post office. Never mind asking someone for these details when you are sending a gift!!

At no point did Packlink get in touch to ask for more information or to inform me that there was an issue with the delivery.

The reason Packlink gives for the parcel being returned, doesn't match with the information UPS asked me for. I have now been charged by Packlink for the return of the parcel. So almost €40 in total, and my parcel is still at home. Do not use this company.

Terrible experience with Packlink and BRT: suitcase lost, no refund

I shipped a suitcase from Rome to Spain using Packlink and BRT/DPD. Delivery was supposed to happen by July 4th, but as of mid-July, the suitcase has completely disappeared. The tracking just says "in transit" — no one knows where it is.

Even though I paid for insurance (€250), they denied any refund because – allegedly – a suitcase is not "insurable" unless placed inside a cardboard box. This absurd clause is buried in the fine print and only enforced after your item is lost.

No way to speak to BRT. Packlink support only replies with generic, automated messages.

Avoid this service at all costs, especially if you're sending anything important or valuable. Consumers are left completely unprotected.

an absolute disgrace of a company

an absolute disgrace of a company. Tried to make a claim via ebay. All the information is there for all parties to see about a non delivery. the hoops that packlink make you jump through to make a claim is ridiculous. THE ONLY REASON FOR THIS IS, THAT YOU DO NOT BOTHER MAKING THE CLAIM. Should be illegal

Customer service non existing

Order an insured label and opened a claim for loss more than 3 months ago as of now and no answer from anyone.
Packlink doesn't take responsibility for insurance which has been paid for.

Reading other reviews of Packlink…

Reading other reviews of Packlink charging for extra weight of package, asking for photos of measurements and weight. This has happened to me as a seller on three occasions but luckily I took pictures of packages showing all above so I could prove they were wrong. My advice to others is always do this before sending your item then you are covered for any problems. After I had shown evidence they accepted that they had got it wrong but without that proof I would have been out of pocket.

Awful

Awful.
It's cheaper than other solutions but it's a total waste of money.
There's no real customer service (only chatbots), unless you subscribe to the premium plan and are allowed to speak to humans.

I made a shipping to the USA in February and completely lost track of where the package was. No notifications to give me an update. Nothing.

After I asked to information, Packlink said that they tried to contact the local courier and that they had forwarded my request to UPS.

After a whole month of wait, I finally managed to speak to the UPS facility, but this happened because I did it myself and not because Packlink was helpful in any way.

Sadly, it was too late because the package was being sent back to the sender.

Fun fact: the package arrived here in Italy again last week but Packlink still says that the request is processing.

Advice: pay a little bit more for a better courier, but don't waste money with them, because I know it's little money but it's all wasted.

What can I say an absolutely appalling

What can I say an absolutely appalling, terrible, worst service imaginable why do eBay use this company who by the way use yodel and evri they are the middle man, EBay your sellers and buyers are not impressed, in the last two weeks they have managed to lose two parcels and delivered god knows how many days late. Unreliable show items have been delivered with a photo of an house you don’t even recognise and of even being in your street let alone your town, if you want secure reliable service check if it says packlink on your eBay page and then choose delivery option and change it

I don't even want to give 1 star

I don't even want to give 1 star. I keep being charged £3.18 for errors made by packlink, or is it deliberate? I was told a 7cm ceramic trinket box was over 1kg! I was also told on another occasion my ebay buyer (responsible for paying postage) had underpaid at £2.94 but my records clearly show they paid £4.06. I am being charged for such errors which are absolutely not my mistake. Stealing is what we call it. Let's see if trust pilot is happy to post this honest review.

Horrible service

Horrible service. I contracted the service for the parcel to be picked up on 28 Jan. After 4 non shows of the corriere and each time via their "customer service" leaving a complaint and rescheduling the pick up, I finally cancelled. I lost 2 hours of time and energy on this useless service. I cannot recommend it, they have no phone number and their email service is a bot, you never speak to a human to explain and solve the situation.
