When things go wrong, there is no contact. When we don't show up, there is a fee that we will pay, but when parking company does not show up FOR 1 HOUR, nothing happens. What if shuttle does not show up for 1 hour? For 2 hours? For 3 hours? You cannot reach anyone from Parkos. You have no right. Cheap service!

All went very smooth except when we came back and was raining had to wait 10 min, phoned.., and the car came. I will use this facility again

Probably my mistake but you tend to drive to p2 airport when booking sunpark p2, somewhat more clear instructions would be nice

I booked Aalsmeer parking. Upon arrival when i called the system answered my reservation is not found. I called the support and they responded very quickly asking me to drive to another location. He told me the address verbally which i did t find. So i went to where i booked. Anyhow the driver visited aalsmeer quickly amd picke me in a short time. On return the same problem no reservation was found but the driver was really nice and helpful. Guided me well and made sure I exit safely. It was my 2nd time, based on my experience i booked again at Aalmeer.

I am dissatisfied with the way the booking process is organized and communicated by Parkos.
The reservation was made only 30 minutes before the scheduled car handover at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. However, after completing the booking, I received information stating that I was required to call the hotline 45 minutes in advance to inform them of my arrival at the airport.
This was obviously impossible, as there were only 30 minutes between the moment the reservation was confirmed and my arrival at Schiphol. This requirement was communicated only after the booking had already been completed, making it misleading and poorly planned.
Important conditions like this should be clearly stated before the reservation is finalized, not afterwards. This lack of transparency creates unnecessary stress and leaves a very unprofessional impression.

Brussel parking next to Charleroi went perfect. For return flight somebody was there after 5 mins I called. Fast and easy
Everything ran smoothly. Will use this service again.

But, about the parking:
Extra cost: ~ 30% extra for airpot tax! The pick ups were not on time and we had to wait!
The extra cist management or clarity is Parkos responsibility

site to site. Walk too far from airport. No collection or drop off from departures/arrivals. Staff friendly and spoke good Enish which I'm gratful for. Wouldn't recommend.

I have used the vale parking for Dusseldorf Airport. Everything was ok while leaving the car during arrival. But when we landed back, firstly it took 1hr for them to bring the car. Also since they were late, I have seen that they have speeded to 140km/h while driving to the airport (from the car app.) on a snowy day at -3 degrees..

Indoor Parking multistorey. The shuttle to airport was prompt , on time. It was easy to get in touch with shuttle service during car drop off and airport pickup . Overall I had a very good experience with the parking service.
Is long time we use this parking company in Schiphol and we always had good experience. They are on time there is always space to park. All goes good with them.
Q-Park Park+Fly Amstelveen (No Shuttle…. I do not recommend it.
Q-Park Park+Fly Amstelveen (No Shuttle - Free Bus Connection). The parking is good, but taking the bus was a bad experience! We had to walk a long way in the rain with all our luggage to get to the bus, and it wasn't easy getting to the airport, where we had to walk another 10-15 minutes. The return trip was even worse, as we arrived very tired, late at night, the bus stop wasn't well signposted in the email and was also far away. Furthermore, the QR code didn't work on the bus. Luckily, the driver was friendly and allowed us to board.

My wife booked a covered parking space at Rome Fiumicino Airport. When we picked up the car, there was a large dent along the side.
Parkos claims they are not responsible for damages caused by their partner companies — and I could even accept that — but they refused to give me the legal name of the company that actually handled my vehicle.
Customer Service even said they don’t know the details of the company they work with. They rely on local operators without any real vetting or transparency.
On top of that, Parkos has no offices in the countries where it operates; it is based only in the Netherlands, which means that for any dispute you would have to sue them abroad. In practice, you’re left to chance and must simply hope nothing goes wrong.
When something does go wrong — as in my case — despite numerous calls and messages to Customer Service, you are left entirely on your own, while Parkos protects local operators to the edge of what feels like a scam.
Bottom line: if you care about your car, look elsewhere or use a different comparison platform.
Never again. Moral of the story: I can’t claim damages from anyone, and I’ll have to pay for everything myself.

Mia moglie aveva prenotato un parcheggio coperto all’aeroporto di Fiumicino, a Roma. Al momento del ritiro dell’auto abbiamo trovato un danno consistente sulla fiancata.
Parkos dichiara di non rispondere dei danni causati dalle aziende partner — e questo potrei anche accettarlo — ma si sono rifiutati di fornirmi la ragione sociale di chi ha materialmente gestito la mia vettura.
Il Servizio Clienti sostiene addirittura di non conoscere i dati dell’azienda con cui collabora. Si affida a realtà locali senza alcun controllo e senza garantire trasparenza.
Inoltre Parkos non ha sede nei Paesi in cui opera, ma solo nei Paesi Bassi, quindi per qualsiasi controversia bisognerebbe avviare una causa all’estero. In pratica si è abbandonati al caso, sperando che tutto vada bene.
Quando invece qualcosa va male — come nel mio caso — nonostante numerose chiamate e comunicazioni al servizio clienti si resta completamente soli, mentre Parkos tutela le aziende partner fino al limite dell’inganno.
Conclusione: se tenete alla vostra auto, rivolgetevi altrove o scegliete portali di comparazione diversi.
Mai più. Morale della storia: io non posso chiedere i danni a nessuno e dovrò pagarli di tasca mia.
