I had a fantastic experience with Faisal Javed from Perfect Umrah. First of all the communication was excellent throughout, the clarity on what was required from my end was clear and easy to understand. The Visa came back 3 days earlier than expected also. The price is also very reasonable compared to other companies and I will be using this company again for sure. Thanks Faisal, Barak Allah Feek.

Very disappointed. Last year I called these people to renew my umrah visa which they kindly did. This year I paid £45 to renew my visa and for some reason they said to me they cannot locate my payment even though I sent a screenshot of my bank transfer and all conversation I had with one of the staff Samraiz. He was quick to take my money now all of the staff and manager is saying they cannot locate my payment even thou i sent proof of this. Those idiots stole my £45 and not granted my temp umrah visa and they are refusing to give my refund. I have already reported this for fraud with my bank as a dispute. I would stay away from these money grabbing people. Lastly I will get my money back in this life or on day of qiyamat where 1p stolen is 80 namaaz and if they don’t have any namaaz they can take my sins.
