Good brand and good costumer care
Didn't have the product on stock (webstore doesn't warn you of that beforehand, hence "only" four stars). The costumer care service is very good, and they contacted me to know if I wanted to wait or to cancel the order. I canceled, and reimburse was swift. They answer your emails within decent timings.
So overall I recommend the store, based on the merit of the customer care employees.
Oh, and I ended up buying their baby seat from another supplier that had imediate stock, and the quality is very good, at a better price than almost all the other makers; so I definitely recommend Play as a brand.
