Here is my story with Pluus.do to share. Pluus.dk is one of those high risky and untrustworthy website, where you don’t even notice you are signed up for the membership and you are doomed to pay a fixed fee for 89kr every month. In oct. 2021 I bought a makeup pallet costing 200kr, and today I just noticed this website has been stealing money every month from my account since oct 2021. This was shocking and unbelievable. They probably have written in the middle of the long texts somewhere that if you accept the membership conditions, then you need to pay every month. But no one would read through the whole text, and they intentionally will not send invoice or any notice to you, which reminds you that they are taking your money every month. Yes, I should be checking my bank account every month, it is my own fault, but taking advantage of customers like this is not decent and is certainly not an ethical conduct for a trustworthy customer-oriented company that is here to stay. It is borderline criminal! I haven’t resigned my membership and I am waiting for a reasonable answer from you Pluus.dk. How can I get back my 2136kr stolen by you?
If you do not provide me a good answer, I will share my story in all my social media platforms with all my connections. And I assure you, many people will see it and share it. You can explain this borderline criminal conduct in your cheating ways, but consumers won’t but it. It can go viral.

BEWARE, this is a webshop known for their "subscription" scam. Basically when you shop from them, your card will be illegally charged 119kr monthly for indefinite time, until you find out!!

Sø- og Handelsretten on Pluus.dk subscription scam
I purchased a plastic nose plug for 5 kr. They used my card unauthorized and against the Sø- og Handelsretten rulling to charge me for a "subscription", a fee of 119DKK per month. They have scammed my around 1000 DKK for a 5kr plastic nose plug. When you contact them their team have a well-prepared response that basically you enjoyed the purchase because of the subscription. This is of course in violation of the September 19, 2022 Maritime and Commercial Court (Sø- og Handelsretten) order.
I will give them a few more days to issue the full refund. We will see!

Never buy anything, you will sign up for a membership which is not very visible when you buy. They tempt with a low and a higher price price and you can easily miss that by choosing the lower price you also sign up for a membership. This is not OK.

I have now seen many complaints about the supposed "obvious", as explained by Pluus.dk, membership. But tell me, considering so many people fall for this scam, why do they not just change it, when it has clearly been a problem for years... you're scammers. That's it.

Be careful! do NOT buy from this company! It is a SCAM! Almost a year ago I have purchased from Pluus.dk
What I was not aware of was that I was being scammed when I finalized the payment. This whole homepage is a scam where the real deal is the money they will charge every month to your bank card hidden behind a membership you never knew you agreed upon. That's right because the only place where they mention that they will charge you a monthly fee simply from buying something on their homepage is in very tiny small letters in the order confirmation email you will receive. Make sure to denounce their fraudulent behavior on forbrug.dk which is the Danish official department that protects the interests of consumers. Contact your bank, the card emission company (Visa, mastercard, etc ) and denounce them and make sure to contact the police. This company is a fraud specialized in marketing scams. Hard to believe that they can operate like this in a country like Denmark.
