Thank you to Dyson, Tayla and the team for the insanely smooth process of importing my new Toyota Crown GWS224.

The service provided was amazing. From the first enquiry, Dyson thoroughly and promptly ran me through the importing process and answered any questions I had. I had a lot of confidence in Prestige Car Import's services after the initial chat - more so than with other importers I enquired with.

After paying the broker's fee, the team got to work on sourcing the model I was after. Within 5 days, we found one I was happy with, won the bid at a great price and made payment to the seller.

All paper and admin work was handled promptly ensuring there were no delays. These guys are efficient, thorough and transparent. Exactly what you want when importing a car.

The car arrived in spectacular condition and I am still stunned about just how easy the entire process was (and this was all done without even meeting the team or going to the businesses address.)

Dyson and his team have been incredible in helping me with my first time importing a vehicle. He made the process extremely easy and understandable, and was there to help with every step along the way, from purchasing the car to compliance and registration. Being able to view the auctions on his website was very useful. Dyson was very kind and patient in helping me find the right car for my budget, letting me know of sub-par dealers, organising inspections on dealer and auction cars to confirm their condition, and never pushed/rushed me to purchase or bid on a car, to make sure I was getting the best car for my budget. I can't thank Dyson and his team enough for how pleasant they have made my first experience importing a car. They will definitely be my first choice if I import another vehicle in the future.

Dyson and Tyla are honest, ethical and very knowledgeable people. Dyson was very patient and helpful in finding the vehicle I want (Mitsubishi Decila 2000 Space Gear Chamonix PE8W). It took us nearly a year to find the vehicle with the exact specification I require. I was very picky and determined on getting what I want and Dyson never rushed me nor did he push me in bidding on a vehicle that I have hesitation in acquiring. Dyson was full of encouragement telling me it’s not a problem and the right vehicle will come sooner than later. Deciding to go through Prestige to acquire your next classic vehicle is a very wise decision. Buying a vehicle that you have never seen with your own eyes will give you cause to pause but with Dyson’s knowledge and network in japan, you have full confident that you will get full and comprehensive report on the vehicle. Dyson will advise you if the vehicle is worth buying. Lastly Dyson and Tyla will take the time to explain and answer all your questions. They are excellent communicator. Dyson was honestly 10/10.
I had a specific car in my mind that I wanted from Japan. I was previously told that being so specific would make things too difficult to find.
So I just let Dyson know what I was thinking.
He was able to help me find what I wanted through a dealership there (within a couple of days), get it privately inspected and get me a great price!
He was always available anytime and was helpful with any obstacles that came up even if they didn’t directly relate to getting the car into Australia .
Above and beyond service with honest and open communication. I will go through prestige imports again for anything import related.

Hands down the best communication for importing a car you can get. The auction system also makes picking the right car simpler then trawling Facebook marketplace. Will definitely be using Dyson and Prestige Car Imports again in the future.

Just want to extend a massive thank you to Dyson for finding and delivering out my unicorn 1999 Toyota JZX100 Mark II. Three other import agents told me they don’t bother looking for these cars anymore because they’re hard to find in good condition as I was aware of. I called Dyson and the man delivered. Took delivery not too long ago. If you’re looking for someone that knows their craft, has all the right contacts and stays with you every step of the way then drops your car to your doorstep with everything handled this is your guy!!

I recently imported a JZX100 Chaser from Japan through Dyson. I was searching for a high spec, low km car which many other importers told me was next to impossible with the standard of car I was looking for. However, from my very first phone call with Dyson, he told me that even though it may take a while, he would eventually find what I was looking for - and so he did. The process from start to finish was effortless and the communication from Dyson was top notch throughout. For anyone that is looking to import a car, I simply couldn’t recommend Dyson and Prestige Imports enough.
