I had both my save the dates and wedding invitations printed from Printed.com, and I’ve been absolutely delighted with them both times. The print quality was fantastic, and everything arrived exactly as I had hoped. Their customer service is also great! they responded to my queries promptly and handled any concerns quickly and without any fuss, which made the whole process stress-free. Delivery was also very fast.
So pleased with the invitations. Excellent quality. Worth paying a small extra for artwork review

At first there was a problem with the binding and the pages of our zines were in the wrong order but customer service was wonderful and quickly reprinted and delivered...many thanks to Gemma and Emily for resolving the situation
Overall experience had been excellent with Printed.com. I used an online chat with a knowledgeable person for technical enquiry on the artwork and the product finishes which was very helpful. Uploading the files with the orders was easy. Very happy with the quality finish on business cards and 5mm Foamex board signs. Both were delivered via DPD without any issues. Both products very competitively priced compared with other online printers. Will definitely use printed.com again in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with Printed.com and would strongly caution anyone considering them for important or time-sensitive work - especially wedding stationery.
I paid extra for their artwork check service specifically so that any issues would be flagged before printing. Despite this, my invitations arrived printed incorrectly and visibly wonky. When I raised this, I was told they had “kindly tried to edit” my artwork themselves, and admitted they hadn’t done it properly. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for an artwork check. If my file wasn’t suitable, I should have been contacted before anything went to print.
While they did reprint, this was the bare minimum and caused unnecessary delay.
The customer service throughout has been dismissive and unhelpful. Before ordering envelope liners, I proactively contacted their team asking for guidance on which paper would be most suitable to match my invitations. I was shut down with “this is personal preference” and given no advice whatsoever - no tips, no warnings, no explanation of potential colour differences between paper stocks.
As a result, my envelope liners arrived a completely different colour to my invitations (green vs grey), despite being the same artwork. When I complained, I was told this was because I chose different papers (I chose what was marked with a star as their best seller, because I felt so in the dark about what would be best) and that I “didn’t ask” whether colour variation could occur. I am not a printing expert. That is why I asked for guidance in the first place.
Being blamed for not asking the right technical questions after actively seeking help is unacceptable. If colour variation between paper stocks is a known issue, it should be proactively explained, not used later as a way to dismiss a complaint.
Overall, the service has been shocking, stressful, and far below what I expected from a professional print company. I will not be ordering from Printed.com again and deeply regret trusting them with something so important.

Let down by another print company I needed invites printed ASAP and was not disappointed. Clear software, and easy to contact by phone to clarify delivery times to northern Scotland and also ensure same day printing of different versions of the invites. Invites sent straight to bride but she is delighted so I am too.
