The pick- up place for the item was in a different city than advertised

The pick- up place for the item I bought was in a different town than advertised when I bid for the item. I messaged the person I was in contact with at PS auction to tell them this and complain but they never responded .
The fact i had to organise transport from
Malmö instead of Kävlinge ( which was advertised as pick up place in the auction) ended up costing me around 1500kr extra in transport costs. The pick up place advertised was important to me as my highest bid price always related to my transport costs.

I have been treated very badly i have very bad experience with the customer service I have try to get help there is no way to get help as soon they got your money and the service fee over phone call never talk to them do everything by writing

According to our records, the collection time was clearly communicated in advance. It is the customer’s responsibility to be present during the scheduled collection window in order to collect the purchased items. Unfortunately, in this case the collection time was missed.

Despite this, we have done our best to assist and have offered a refund, which the customer has chosen not to accept. We always aim to be helpful and solution-oriented, even when issues arise.

Super deal

Great personal when coming to pick up the item. Gustav was very helpful and even after I left he texted and solved my problem I had with the items I won on the biding.

P.S. Auction is pretty unique. The website is easy to use and customer service is amazing. Gabriel V Culiat would definitely buy more items in the future. Shipping is quick and efficient. The prices are very affordable

Every transaction up until now has been excellent, good communication, excellent customer service, but I have recieved one sms, 2 emails telling me I have not paid! !! When I paid a weekend ago, obviously I have all emails from them that confirms my account status and payment . I hope this is just a cough and not a cold !! It was a cough, everything sorted very quickly, my faith in PS auctions is recovered
