Da ingeniør Henri Peteri i 1970 blev involveret i udviklingen af minutsuppe for en international fødevarekoncern, indså han hurtigt, at minut-suppe aldrig kan være klar på et minut, medmindre man altid har kogende vand lige ved hånden. Fra da af kunne han ikke længere slippe ideen om kogende vand direkte fra vandhanen. Han sagde op og begyndt at udvikle et apparat til direkte aftapning af kogende vand. Målet var at gøre hverdagen nemmere. Quooker er godt på vej til at erobre verden. Fair review

I try to be fair. The product is good, when it works (it required service twice in three years…perhaps too much). The technicians that came to fix it are very kind, well mannered, and very competent (if this review was for them it would be a 5 stars). However, the customer service is bad. Our system stopped working middle of December, and we managed to get is serviced only January 26th. I appreciate that there was Christmas in the middle, but 45 days is too long of a time. Besides, calling the customer service is almost impossible, one can stay hours at the phone listening to music. Should we renovate the kitchen today we would look for alternatives.

From our side it looks like we tried to contact you already 4 days after you wrote to us. Then there is a relatively long period where we try to catch each other, but unfortunately we only finally get in touch on the 7th and your visit is scheduled for the 26th.

We do of course apologize for the telephone queue and the waiting times for technicians, which we are working very hard to keep down. As you say, Christmas made it a bit worse than usual due to the many holidays and we are very sorry that you had to wait for so long.

To whom can do something about it!!

Had another little issue and this time the team got in touch super quick and came out with a whole new machine, which i was not expecting.....From zero to hero Quooker DK!!! Thank you so much 🤩

Guys, i absolutely love what your product does though since the item became faulty, the customer service is so so bad as we don't get any replies to e mails and no one answers the phone after it ringing for over an hour. When i did eventually get a reply from your wonderful colleague saying i would be contacted from the correct dept, i am still waiting approx 1 month later. I have since chased up but no one has replied to that e mail or called me back.....We hope to hear back from you in 2025 :-/

UPDATE - Now resolved and thank you taking the time to respond to the review!

Impossible to book service visit

It's better not to need help with your Quooker. I am nearly two weeks in trying to book a service visit. Still have not succeeded at a time that is doabel for me... And that won't be before one month anyway.

No customer service

No customer service?
I'm normally a very happe customer with quookers and cubes installed in both my home and my summercottage, however I have technical issues with one of my cubes, and have now for 5 days tried to get in touch with your scandinavian customer service - my mail, by phone and both choosing the option of being called back (never happens) or by just staying online - yesterday I waited for 1 hour and 35 minutes before I gave up.... HELLOOOOO - will somebody from techical suppert please contact me!

Service line with a waiting line of…

Service line with a waiting line of more than 1 hour - the callback function is not working, and the technician needs a month to come out, after making an appointment

We bought a new unit, but it didn't function well (no hot water), needed to wait a month before a technician would come out. The day before, the technician would come out We tried twice to change the appointment, and were hanging more than 1 hour on the phone, though we couldn't reach anyone to reschedule.

Actually, the only thing that is working is a speedy answer over Trustpilot, unfortunately.

Just the worst customer service /…

Just the worst customer service / experience I’ve personally had. I contacted them 2 months ago and got a standard reply saying we will be in touch. Never heard from them for over a month. I called customer services (46 minutes waiting) eventually spoke with someone who apologised and said that a service technician would call me within 2 days. This never happened. I tried calling again but no answer. I sent another email again no response. A technician turned up today unannounced. Luckily someone was home. He cleaned our machine 5 minutes said we weren’t looking after it properly and within 10 minutes of him leaving. They sent me an invoice for
2.000,- Danish kroner. I’m guessing that I’m just lucky that they showed up. Thank you so much Quooker. It’s been an awesome experience.

Great Product let down by poor reliability and customer support

Although the the products (Cube + Quooker) are designed well and, when working, are extremely useful the product reliability and customer support provided by Quooker is not on par.

We purchased ours in Jan 2022 and since then have required 1 to 2 service visits every year for repairs and faults. The latest response time (as of Feb 2025) is 3 weeks to respond to service requests and a further week wait time for an on site service visits meaning, we experience roughly 10-20% downtime per year where they're unusable due to faults.

As Quooker only offer a 24 month warranty, all technical issues requiring repair will have a cost after this (average 1-2k DKK per fault for us).

Its unfortunate that such a great product is let down by quality control and insufficient customer support.

I love the Quooker product but post sales service needs to scale up

I love the Quooker product, their staff attitude etc. These I give 5 stars. But their post sales service department is grossly overloaded, resulting in much delay to service request. This takes away 2 stars. Post sale service needs to scale up. My advise is to call them and get them on the phone as soon as you need service. Don't wait for them to call you.

We registered for technician visit on Quooker website. 4 weeks went by and we did not hear anything from Quooker. After long waiting time on their hotline, finally arranged a technician, another 3 weeks wait. Unfortunately technician fell sick on the day of visit, rescheduled to a few days after. Technician came and replaced the Quooker. Unfortunately again the Quooker showed failure the day after. Scheduled another visit few days after, and this time, everything is fixed.

Horrible service, very disappointed

The site does not work, we are trying to send back something with no avail. It is unbelievable that a company has such a terrible internet site, that besides being poorly designed and built, has been down the last two weeks.
