I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago. I have since found out this Company was dissolved 25/8/2025 £187k debts.
They are now trading Raw Menu Pet Foods Ltd but website takes you to old Co. All my old details on 'orders' takes back my history. Owner of all Amy Jane Windsor Staffordshire Raw a halal dog meat Co.

I have been a customer for more than 10 years. The standards have fallen very short over the last year. The food is supposed to be frozen, yet when it arrives with me it is defrosted.
One box was not delivered and defrosted food has still not been refunded.
Not even had a telephone call from the boss despite requesting one.
Very bad customer service.

Very disappointed. First time ordering, delivery scheduled for 29th May 2025 but never arrived, emailed Raw Menu and APC at 17:50 on 29th May but no response. Items were delivered on 30th May 2025 at around 12 noon. Boxes all soaking wet and split, all contents thawed out. Tried ringing Raw Menu and the landline number just rang out no answer machine, mobile number on email we were able to leave a message but no again no response. Over £130 of dog food wasted.

It’s really sad the problems Raw-Menu have; probably more specific with their courier.
This isn’t the first time we have had problems with delivery using their courier APC.
This delivery was recorded as overnight delivery and reported, on the APC website, to be out for delivery June 18th. Text message confirmed delivery time June 18th.
Parcel never arrived. Neither Raw nor APC provided a response or update.
Next day June 19th another text confirming delivery.
This time it arrived… all thawed out!!! 😡
The delivery van wasn’t equipped for frozen food and even with a perishable sticker on the box, all the contents were thawed out.
So sad.

I've used Landywoods for many years and was very happy with them. Unfortuntely since they've changed to Raw Menu their standards have fallen quite significantly to the point where I'm now looking at other companies to supply my dogs' food. The last batch that was delivered was poorly packaged - leaking blood, defrosted, and seemed to be a lesser minced quality. The lamb necks were starting to go 'slimey' and greenish, and ended up in the bin.

Excellent service and quality, my dogs have been on this food many years. Very good value also

Love this company! Always great service and quality food and Sue is absolutely lovely to deal with. Some of the offers they have are fantastic .

Dry fast delivery which was well packed, excellent service.

My most recent order was couriered to me because my order was unavailable for their usual van delivery, such a useful option, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating.

The order was split into 2 deliveries, we were given no notice that the second delivery was coming until it was imminent.

Would have liked 3 different sorts of meat but I only got 2 varieties of beef with no Turkey or fish. I know my dogs are allergic to chicken but would have liked a bit more variety. Thanks Ginny

Excellent product and price, spoilt by uncertain delivery dates. It should not take 4 phone calls to sort out these things.Other companies can do it!

Good quality product at a reasonable price, helpful staff , but delivery could be improved

Placed an order 31 March. Supposed to be delivered within 5 working days. No response to my emails to see when I can expect delivery. Tried phoning - rings off the hook and no option to leave a message. Left FB comment on their page - still no response. If no delivery in next two days I shall contact bank and start proceedings to get a refund. Awful Company/Customer service to deal with - I would definitely not recommend.
*Update 11 April* Someone finally answered the phone. No order coming as ‘supply issue’ so requested a refund and suggested they improve their communication. Was told ‘email isn’t working’. In that case, maybe update their FB page with that information!

The good is that the products are good and enjoyed by the dogs. That is alas where the good ends though.

Unreliable is the best I can say about this company. I am still chasing outstanding items from my order from 24th February!!!!! This is not the first time I have had to chase an order up either.

If you order do not rely on any delivery tmeframe as these seem to be a work of fiction.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service and reliability . Ordered on 18th March for their van delivery, it didn’t get loaded ( apparently van restricted by weight or so I was told when querying where my order was). Partially delivered by courier on 28th March despite many telephone calls and emails nobody can give me a date the box of frozen owed to me will be sent. So now some 11 days later I sent an email asking for a refund and guess what no response. Get your act together you cannot take peoples money and not deliver goods it’s against the law.Beware deal with this company at your peril

Orderd 18 March 24. Still waiting on 4 April 24. No response to email. Phone rings out. Very poor service
