Outstanding product, just needs a couple of small fixes.

All I wanted was some of my Notes from my old iphone which I'd replaced with Android. Some transferred properly, some didn't and I didn't realise until after I sold my phone and not being able to access my iphone backup with an Apple tool was ridiculous. iphone Backup Extractor was all I needed, I downloaded the free version with little hope, but once I saw it could do what it said it could do, I paid up immediately.

Two small issues. About 10% of my Notes extracted were corrupt using the "extract all" function. If I did it individually, however, they were fine. I went back and redid those manually. No idea what made those particular files corrupt, they weren't the oldest notes, they didn't have any special characters... no idea. Happy to show the devs if they are interested.

Another issue, if Notes are named the same, it only saves one copy (it just overrides each new copy as it goes). A pain since I had a few notes just labelled "Wednesday" for example. It would have been easier to find duplicates if I could sort Notes by title, but there were no sorting options at all.

Terrible experience with Reincubate Camo – constant lag and poor support

I paid for the premium version of Reincubate Camo, and I’m really disappointed. The app constantly lags, even when using an iPhone 14 Pro Max connected to a PC with an NVIDIA RTX 4060 — so hardware is definitely not the issue.

I requested a refund within the allowed period, but the support team kept dragging me around with endless questions, tips, and troubleshooting just to make me give up. No real solution, no refund.

In the end, they can keep my €40, but it’s been an awful experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone looking for a stable, reliable camera solution.

Reincubate charged me for CAMO service that I have previously cancelled- dont let them have your credit card!

asks to register, but registration does not help for activation 30 days, asks to buy, a scam and a lie.

I have recently retired and no longer needed the facility of Camo. Unfortunately I didn't realise until after the payment was taken for my subscription. I contacted Reincubate and my email was picked up by Hayden who also noticed that I had two accounts for some reason. Not only did she cancel the second account, although I had just paid for another year she also cancelled my other subscription. I was refunded both subscriptions; they were not obliged to do so. Great customer service, Hayden. Thanks so much.

Reincubate App (Camo Studio) is the best video recording software as a standalone recording studio with unlimited recording time. It seamlessly integrates into Zoom as a camera and mic. Their support services which I have used twice are excellent with answers that are accurate and their response time during their working hours is usually less than an hour. Their online resources are extensive and usually you can find most answers to questions you may have. 5+ Rating!

I purchased Reincubate's iPhone backup extractor in the hope of doing something that, as it turns out, it isn't designed to do. Feeling a bit silly, I emailed them in the hope of a refund. Amazingly, they replied on the same day and gave me the refund, no questions asked. Although I don't need the functions that the backup extractor provides for the time being, if I come to need them in future I will be so glad to give my custom to Reincubate.

On 25th March 2024, the Company charged my credit card without consent which I have never subscribed to the service in the first place.

On 27th March 2024, the Company reversed the charge.

The charging and the reverse charge were all done without my knowledge or consent as I realized on 31 March 2024 after checking my credit card statement.

Hence I wonder how the company realized the Fraud after 2 days and they did reverse charge?

Totally unacceptable.

Because of this I need to cancel my credit card and file a dispute form with my Banks.

Did exactly what I needed with no issues or headaches.

The application is fantastic except:
* Licenses are per computer, not per person. I have two computers that I use for separate tasks. Other programs I use are smart enough to know its all the same user.
* Everytime I update to a new version my settings are blown away. Pretty easy to reset but its annoying.

Camo what a great piece of software

i just got the software today for my youtube live streams on my pc and man what a game changer it turned my garbage webcam into something better with color fixes and even face tracking with the framing feature
