Very bad service

The housing company i rented my apartment called them. As it written on their website they will call you after 24 hours but they did not . I called several times and they say their technician will call and they never called.
I experienced very bad service, i mean no service while i was at that situation. At the end they said that there are lack of staff and most of the technicians are on vacation. The should have told us so we could find another company instead of waiting.

We're sorry to hear that you've got problems with bedbugs in your appartment. Please contact your housing company for asistance, as they are the first point of contact and are responsible for maintaining the appartment. In holiday and peakseasons delays can occur. We've updated the homepage.

I do not recomand the company

I do not recomand. Verry bad experience with them, problem hasn’t been solved and verry bad attitude from the customer service and the technician. Look for other companies to help you in problems they just want money and nothing else. If i'm not a Danish person that doesn’t meen you need to treat people with bad service.
