Well laid out and easy to use for my English learner students giving truly professional results
I tried the free trial and canceled before the subscription went into effect. I was charged the full amount. Tried contacting their customer service and they won’t return my money saying that it states that if I don’t cancel before the trial, I will be charged. I DID cancel before the trial ended!
Its amazing I don't know why I hadn't tried it before, it made my life so much easier and also helped me understand the process of how my resume should be structured
They did a good job with helping me fix up my resume, but a few months later I switched to their free plan and they continued to bill me $29.95 a month for several months. I disputed the most recent charge through my bank and got some of it back, but then the next month the charge reappeared on my bank statement. They use a single Point of Sale scheme instead of recurring payments to make it more difficult to cancel. There's no way to update your payment information on the Resume.io website, so you have to delete your account completely. I showed screenshots of my account page showing 'free plan' to my bank then deleted the account. If they charge me again next month I'll have to change my debit card with the bank to make it stop. They took over $240 total, most of which was charged after I'd switched to their free plan. Be very careful with this service.
This is one of the websites that promote to be free and after spending 10 minutes of putting in all the information, when it comes to download your resume, they ask you to pay or you can not download. That is so much waste of time and really not worth it. Worst marketing strategy to ever exist!!!!!! HATE that.
It's so easy to use and helpful when it comes to writing and correcting mistakes!

Better than Adobe... Adobe has editing issues; I spent hours on Adobe and remembered this IO program and fixed everything fast. This was fast and easy.

The resume experience worked just as needed. It is unfortunate, however, that this company is just another scammy website. I paid $2.95 for 7 days of usage... then was billed $30 for a membership 30 days later. Now mark my words, the company is going to reply to this and say it is written somewhere blah blah blah. I don't buy that, it isn't clear and obvious, and other reviewers feel the same. I feel bad for businesses who have to make a extra dollars via scammy tactics, because their product isn't worth it or they aren't good at articulating the value to charge more up front. Two stars.

Solid platform but literally defrauded me.
The "money back" guarantee is literally a scam. I bought a 7 day pass by mistake and immediately requested a refund. They literally refused to give it to me. Seems like most of the reviews here are bots as well...watch out.
