Really disappointing experience from start to finish.
I ordered a pair of trousers well in advance of an upcoming trip. When they arrived they were too small, so I returned them and chose the exchange option for a larger size. It quickly became clear the exchange process was moving incredibly slowly. I tried contacting customer service but was met with an AI chatbot that only provided generic responses, telling me exchanges can take up to 14 days.
Not wanting to risk missing them for my trip, I placed a second order for the correct size — still with what should have been plenty of time. Three days later the order was still “processing” and hadn’t even been dispatched. At this point it’s looking like they won’t arrive in time and I’ll now have to make a last-minute dash to the shops to find something else.
When I asked if I could cancel both orders for a refund, I was told this wasn’t possible because they were already “being processed” — despite the fact they hadn’t even been dispatched yet. So instead, they’re happy to send two parcels from Europe to the UK, only for me to have to send them straight back for a refund. Completely unnecessary and wasteful.
To make matters worse, I’m now worried both parcels will be delivered and potentially left outside my property while I’m away, as couriers often do, which just adds more stress to an already frustrating situation.
The only time I received any form of human response was when I mentioned leaving a negative review. Even then, there was no real attempt to resolve the issue — just a generic apology and “we’ve been busy.”

Great products, but the logistics and customer service seriously let them down. I wouldn’t rely on ordering from them if you actually need something by a certain date.
This is the third time I have made purchases from Revolution Race as the quality is excellent and they last forever. I would highly recommend for all outdoor activities from advanced to just a walk around the park, keeps you warm and dry.

I already have the Black Cyclone 3L, and it is the best jacket ever! It's great for skiing and winter sports. I've just ordered the pink version and am very excited. It's been my favourite ski jacket ever, and I recommend it fully! Although, if you're looking for something warm, the Cyclone 3L Jacket is just a shell + highly waterproof!
I mistakenly mixed up two returns approximately five weeks ago and sent Revolution Race the incorrect item. As soon as I realised the error, I contacted both companies to resolve the situation. The other retailer was extremely helpful and promptly returned the parcel I had sent them in error (I covered the postage cost).
Unfortunately, my experience with Revolution Race has been very disappointing. The item was sent to them via tracked delivery and confirmed as received, yet despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have received no meaningful response. There is no option to speak to anyone by phone, and my follow-up messages are now being ignored.
I understand that mistakes happen — this was my error initially — but I have taken full responsibility and made every effort to correct it. The lack of communication and unwillingness to assist has been extremely frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not choose to shop with Revolution Race again.
Ordered a coat from Revolution Race. Delivery took 7 days which is slow by modern standards but acceptable nonetheless. However, what i received was not a Revolution Race coat but a coat from an entirely different brand (Colombia). All packaged neatly in Revolution Race packaging with no obvious signs of the parcel being opened. These things happen, sure, but my gripe is actually with how slow and poor the customer service is. I had no means of telling them by phone, i was only able to send an email. I then receive a notification saying to will take 3 3 - 5 business days to reply. Again, not unusual i suppose but it would appear that replies are not expedited (which is crazy, once you open a service ticket, that ticket should take priority in order to clear it from the system to move on to the next). Instead, you join the queue again and have to wait another 3 - 5 business days for a response. At this rate, who knows when i will get a resolution to this rather major issue.
What makes this worse for me is i bought this coat initially in XL. That was just slightly too small so i returned that and purchased the XXL (under a separate order). I have proof that first return has been delivered but i STILL don't have a refund. So, RR currently have over £300 of mine and I don't have the coat I ordered and no sign of when any of it will be resolved. With this current, incredibly slow, processing time of service tickets, I could be without money for over a month and still have no coat. At which point it is likely i will no longer have a need for it as we move into Spring here in the UK.

I really liked the products I have purchased. I think they offer a good product for the price. The buying process is very easy. So far, I have no complaints about their products.
The clothes and a duffel bag I ordered are great quality and very comfortable to wear/use. They also arrive quite fast.
I ordered pants from the official website revolutionrace.de. They didn't fit. I sent a return, but by mistake I sent them The North Face, and then sent Revolution Race to The North Face. The result: The North Face returned the mistakenly sent pants without any problems. Revolution Race support kept telling me for two months that they couldn't find them in their warehouse. Now they're even saying I sent them an empty box. Never deal with this company again!
I’m gutted. Ordered a pair of trousers 2 weeks ago, and was told on 19 January that they would be with me imminently. I chased RR to ask where they were as still no delivery. They still can’t confirm where/when my parcel will materialise so asked for a refund. I’ve been advised that my ‘case’ has been forwarded to another department and that I should hear something back in 5-10 days as there is a big backlog. I’ve also been advised not to waste my time writing to them again as it won’t achieve anything. Unbelievable…

I'm back here buying another pair of GP trousers. I got a pair in 2020 and they lasted 5 years of med/hard wear, worn nearly every day. They were only taken off to be washed every now and then. I don't like wearing anything else since encountering these trousers.

Recently made an order. After a week got a message saying they hadn't forgotten and would be on their way soon. Then 2 days latter a message saying order cancelled and not even a reason. Basically said might be you might be us. So now days before going away left without most essential due to being messed about and no reason why or attempt to put right.
Sent a complaint and got an AI message. Very poor customer service and no consideration for the problems they created with mismessaging and delays before being let down. Wont be using again!

I bought the Nordwand in anthracite colour and they are simply superb, the best outdoor trousers I have ever bought. Previously I've bought Rab, Montane etc but they don't even come close
I recomend these trousers 100% and without doubt buy them again

Revolution Race for me are superb. The quality of their clothing is top notch along with the pricing. In the past I have spent endless amounts of money on outdoor gear especially trousers from the likes of Rab, Montane etc, on a personal basis there is nothing that comes close to Revolution Race outdoor trousers, the fit the feel of them on are perfect for me, I cannot recommend them enough.

I purchased a number of ski jackets for myself and my son, in different sizes, however as they didn't arrive in time for our holiday I needed to return them. I started the return and received the pre-paid postage label. After sending the parcel on 5th Jan, it was confirmed as being inspected on 8th Jan. However I am still waiting on my refund and after filling in an online form and also sending an email, no-one has bothered to reply and I have no idea when I am going to receive my refund.

$125 pants+ $75 tariffs. I had no idea they were coming from Germany. Now I'm stuck. No way out. If i don't pay UPS will send to collections and trash the pants. RR should warn you but they don't because they want your money more than your repeat business.
