I would give 0 stars if I could ! Thieving b*stards did me out of hundreds of pounds. Ended up having to do a chargeback with Revolut because they charged me for an annual subscription and then ghosted my many emails to support... Stupidly, I then bought a monthly subscription, but they locked me out of the account so I couldn't use it... Another 50 quid stolen. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

There was this person named Christina Canady in Cobb ca she was WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! she was the manager of up stack senior project manager very nasty person quite literally tried to hit someone I’m leaving this review so others are aware. During my interaction, she had very nasty behavior. This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it happened clearly and directly. I expected professionalism and didn’t receive it.

They advertised the contact as available. After paying for 1 month it turned out it was not. I cancelled. Despite that they charged me again

Just discovered this website has all my personal information and is SELLING IT for profit without permission.

Inaccurate data, false attributions, and unauthorized use of personal photos.

Support refuses to correct obvious errors and avoids responsibility under the guise of “identity verification”.

Not trustworthy for serious or compliant use.

I saw my name on their website. I don’t work in that hospital. It is a company that ignores data privacy and show personal details they don't have the permission to process. I tried to reach them to remove the page including my name from their website. No effort done till now. As a request I want this company to remove this page including my name from their website.

Complete scam - will just keep billing you without any practical use or functionality. Do not ever sign up or give them your credit card.

I subscribed to rocket reach last year and they have practically doubled and charged my annual subscription for the upcoming year without so much as an email reminder. I now have paid £444 for a service I will not use at all. Awful company who truly do not care a single iota about its customers.

RocketReach stole my personal data from my private LinkedIn account and publicly displayed some of it on their website, with some more of my personal data available for sale. At no point did I give them consent to collect, process or sell my data. I had to send them five emails over the course of a month to get them to finally delete the illegally-obtained data from their website. This company is built on a foundation of illegal data theft.

Really dark patterns in the subscriptions. My annual subscription was extended and I paid $561 without a single reminder that it will renew. I contacted them immediately and they said they can do nothing. Be extremely careful with subscriptions.

Stealing money from people is part of their business model. They sign you up for auto-renewal and if you don't realize or forget to cancel they will auto-charge you for a year subscription and then refuse to refund you even if you don't use the service. It's predatory and they know it, they rely on it to make money. Don't use this service!

Money grabbing and unhelpful customer service. Auto-Renewal went through without me knowing, so I requested a refund and cancellation of subscription the very next day, having to not used any credits. I didn't realise renewal was automatic... But they flat out refused. No apology, no customer service, keep me happy so I use them again. Just no and we will keep you cash thanks.

A scam company that ignores data privacy and sells contact details they don't have the permission to process. I will not deal with any sales person that sources my details from them on a point of principle. AVOID!

The world worst data company, provided me with nothing but gmail, yahoo, microsoft personal emails dressed up as business data. It gets worse as the numbers were at time peoples house numbers and the business mobile numbers were mostly personal numbers. I did not let this slide and took the liberty to reach out to the chairman and make him know i have been mis sold and need the money back. upon which they let us out of contract and gave our money back also.

I Googled myself and to my surprise found my name with my phone, email, home address and place of work stored in this website and even put on sale for money! I have never given them permission to sale me. Some of my details were indeed public on various websites in the past, but not now, and not in one place, so these guys are a KGB which gathers information about you and sales it online - unbelievable! Is this legal at all? The only reason for two and not one star is that they promptly deleted my data upon my request - perhaps they realise they are doing something criminal. So they are not completely spoiled.

My personal information is on display and for sale on this website, without my consent. Removing my personal information is not possible, even with the remove profile link. This website/company breaches EU and US data privacy laws by making it difficult or impossible to remove personal information.

Just saw my profile on here, never gave them permission, it says I need my email to delete my profile - how is this GDPR compliant?!!

Company makes hard to delete personal data, data that was collected without people consent.
