Terrible experience, both in terms of delivery delay and receiving the wrong product.

Extremely poor experience. I placed my order in advance as I needed the perfume by the 22nd, but delivery took more than 10 days, causing a significant delay.

Additionally, the incorrect perfume was delivered. I ordered one product and received a different one, which is unacceptable, especially since it was intended as a gift.

This reflects a clear lack of quality control, organization, and customer care. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.
