I’ve just spent the last week training with Sabre Consultancy on their MedZero TCCC course and it was genuinely outstanding.

The depth of knowledge and real world experience behind the instruction is obvious from the start. The instructors are calm, professional, and approachable, which creates an environment where you can properly learn and still perform under pressure.

What really sets this course apart is the realism. The scenarios are well thought out and challenging, backed up by high quality, appropriate kit. Nothing feels theoretical or box ticking. It feels relevant and real.

My biggest takeaways were a much stronger understanding of MARCH, a noticeable increase in overall medical knowledge, and most importantly the ability to stay calm and think clearly when things get stressful. That alone makes the course incredibly valuable.

The training environment strikes the right balance. It is safe, controlled, and professional, while still being realistic enough to properly test decision making and practical skills.

I would recommend this course to anyone looking to expand their medical capability, especially those working in NGOs, security, or any role where trauma care and pressure management matter.

Attended this course that was delivered in partnership with Solent Medical Skills. The team delivering the course were absolutely phenomenal, and have an extraordinary amount of first hand experience in delivering medical aid in tactical and hostile environments. Which was incorporated in every aspect of the course.

As a Medic currently serving in the UK Armed forces, this course was a fantastic opportunity to build further on my existing clinical knowledge using proven life saving techniques, identify any gaps in my own knowledge and test my skills under pressure.

There are many things that I have taken away from this course and will go fourth and utilise in my role and I cannot thank the team enough for their instruction and support.

Anyone considering entering into the world of humanitarian care in a combat situation should consider this medical and combat course. It has highlighted my own previous shortcomings and naivety and made me significantly more prepared for my next trip.
In synopsis, these guys may have saved my life and those who may fall under my care as I now have far more medical skills, knowledge and insight to manage situations that I may land in because, in modern conflict, the rule book has been re written and there’s very few trainers who understand this

Spoke to the team with a rough idea of what I wanted to build and they helped me out with their advice. The equipment which I ordered included a complete shooters belt and dangler pouch which all performed brilliantly during a military exercise and is very resilient to wear and tear, made to a very high standard!
